• Phoebe (4/5): - when we called and complained about the charging laundry, the owner came with the detergent. A lot, see attached photos: 1.the house is big but not clean, kitchen and bathroom are dirty 2.the beds have sounds when we slept on them; worn-out and dirty cushions on the beds 3.unmentioned and unreasonable charge for laundry 4.tricky check out instructions with extra charges. sending out the check out instruction at 9: 32am and told you that you will be charged if you check out after 10am. 5.No towels provided even a box of tissue, only toilet and kitchen paper 6. shabby patio and backyard, not matching with the photos

• Jana (6/5): Spacious place in a quiet neighborhood. - The neighborhood was very quiet. A/C worked well. Easy to park. Spacious place. Clean bedrooms. The kitchen and the living area were not clean enough. There was a nail on the table! The owners should think about hiring somebody else to prepare the house for new guests. Not enough glasses (3pcs), mugs, bowls. To use a washing machine and a dryer is not free(10CAD per wash). We did not use the patio as it was not clean. We thought we are renting the whole house but there is basement that is being rented out too. If the guest would be loud it would be very inconvenient.
• Block (10/5): We had a pleasant stay! - I wouldn’t consider this a luxury home, but it was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family of 5 (three teenage boys). Quiet neighborhood, too. We could have used more towels.

• Carmen (10/5): I highly recommend this property, I enjoyed my stay as well my family. - Very quite and safe neighborhood, all necessary housewares are available, sparkling clean, close to shopping area, landlord very collaborative, responsive to extra needs of house supplies, answering messages in timely manner, if I will visit Toronto again in near future, I will definitely book this property once again.
• Bhupendar (8/5): Host was attentive & provided iron & ironing board which was not listed - Nice quiet area, easy to get to, clean & comfortable Slightly dated & no hot tub which was listed on the booking.com website
• Michelle (8/5): Great space for a great value - Good size property. Nice backyard. Double parking is great. Clean space with most amenities you would need for a short stay in the kitchen and bathroom. Was the right location for our needs, close to a grocery store. Some plugs didn't work and the fridge and oven were not plugged in. We didn't need the oven but had to plug on the fridge ourselves which was a little odd.
