- Parkin (7/5): Good - Great location. Lovely grounds with the gardens and swimming pool. Good value for the money. The single beds were too hard for me and no additional pillows. There was dust in corners and along edges so a deep clean is needed. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that hasn't been fixed.

- Knagy64 (9/5): Close to everything - It was comfy and the pool is just outside the sliding door...the foxtel aerial was broken and we couldn't get foxtel.. we contacted them and a tech was sent out and was fixed straight away... The only thing is there is no WiFi and my group of girls all needed WiFi and there wasn't any..

Beautiful walk to the waterside and close to street for shops and food. Mould on the ceiling in one bedroom. It covered the width of the room and was at least a foot from the cornice. Property management said it was the first they heard of it, yet there was evidence that it had been wiped in one spot. Dirty towel left by cleaners as we entered. A damp smell, we left the heater going all week and bought ourselves a nice candle to try to dry out the smell. The compendium was completely out of date, had no reference to current local attractions. Looked like it was there for historical purposes. It felt very greasy and dirty. Power point exposed in the kitchen. Looking for the remote discovered an extra remote in the couch. Had a tennis court but no provision of tennis racquets or balls, but that was the least of our concerns. Secure lock up garage had a broken lock. Had to provide own linen but doonas supplied. The main bedroom had a quilt cover, not a doona. There were extra blankets and we used all of them.
