Татьяна (9/5): В целом, если не обращать внимание на мелочи, то квартира хорошая, было достаточно комфортно. - Очень удобная кровать и подушки, спалось замечательно, очень хорошая локация, все в шаговой доступности, наличие стиральной машины и гладильных принадлежностей Ужасный интернет, работал с постоянными перебоями, делали раздачу с телефона, во всей квартире всего одно зеркало - в ванной, двум девушкам было неудобно собираться одновременно, обшарпанная мебель (стол, тумба тв, стена немного испачкана чем-то черным, я бы постирала шторы, на полу имеются небольшие сколы, но на уровень отдыха это не влияет…вдруг для кого-то это важно, мы привыкли на 2-ой день.

Evelina (1/5): Хуже всего- это сервис, который был оказан. Менеджер спорила, не предлагала равноценные варианты и не была дружелюбна. - Район. Объект полностью не соответствует фотографиям. Было жутко грязно, стены, ванная, потолок, пол- все в квартире требует ремонта, ужасное состояние. Были проблемы в первую ночь с санузлом и вентиляцией. Их решили, но спать было невозможно в первую ночь.

Yasin (6/5): - The building is new and nicely furnished. The location is very central, right next to a lovely park where you can sit and relax. They also kept my bags after checkout until it was time for me to go to the airport, which was really helpful. The photos were completely different from reality — the apartment was very narrow and small. I understand there’s usually some difference between photos and the actual place, but this time it was quite disappointing, especially since I booked it for my family and kids and paid more than the average price in Yerevan expecting a spacious apartment. I later realized they seem to rely on people not reading the full description and just following the photos — which feels a bit like a trick. The photos should be much closer to reality; guests shouldn’t be forced to read every detail of the description to know what they’re actually booking. Personally, I always rely on photos when booking, and this experience was very misleading. I called the property, but they didn’t provide any help. Also, at exactly 12:00 on checkout time, they knocked on the door — I’ve never experienced this before, as most places usually give an extra 10–15 minutes out of courtesy, especially when traveling with children. Another issue is that the apartment is not on the main street, so you’ll need someone to explain the exact location when you arrive.

Matevossian (6/5): Not being able to be dropped off or picked up at the door was a big issue for me. - It was modern, had a kitchen & balcony Very basic provisions, didn’t have a full mirror inside (was shared & in hallway), taxis can’t pick up or drop off at the door & you have to struggle with your luggage & shopping. Rooms are VERY small.
Marina (10/5): - Прекрасная квартира в центре Еревана, рядом с красивым парком ! Внутри очень чисто, всё современное и продумано до мелочей. Особенно порадовал отличный сервис — хозяева были всегда на связи и быстро реагировали на все вопросы. Чувствовалась забота о гостях. Рекомендую! Вход в здание со стороны двора, на машине до подъезда не проехать, нужно чуть-чуть пройти пешком.
Tatka (10/5): Квартира стильная и очень чистая - Мы останавливались в двухспальной квартире на Амирян 26/4 и остались абсолютно довольны! Квартира стильная и очень чистая — чувствовалось, что за ней действительно ухаживают. Обе спальни удобные, с хорошим бельём и матрасами, а в гостиной приятно проводить время. Локация — просто супер: самый центр города, всё в пешей доступности — кафе, музеи, Северный проспект, Республика. Несмотря на центр, в квартире было тихо и спокойно. Особенно понравились мелочи: кофе, стиральная машина, быстрый Wi-Fi и само заселение — всё чётко, без лишней суеты. Отличное место как для отдыха, так и для рабочих поездок. Обязательно вернёмся снова и порекомендуем друзьям!

M (7/5): The stay was inconvenient due to unavailble water heating, unresponsive morning staff, and missing - The location is near in the city center 1. Shower Heater Issues: I was given three different explanations by the staff: there’s a problem with the gas supply affecting the water heater, it’s a cold season, and the availability of hot water depends on guest demand. 2. Limited Staff Availability: The staff is not reachable in the morning, and they only respond around 10 AM. By then, you’re likely already out exploring the city. 3. Missing Amenities: There was no conditioner or shower gel provided.

Mareh (9/5): Highly recommended place! - Location is best, close to every sightseeing on walking distance. As for apartment, very clean and comfortable lounge and bedrooms, also bathroom, equipped with all that you would need while staying, it is clear that the owner has thought about lot of details including washing machine, iron, hairdryer, etc. Towels and additional blankets were available. Big terrace with view on the city was an important plus, we enjoyed breakfast there. Also, they can offer another apartment next to the one we have booked and it can be a really good choice for groups of family or friends to visit. Instructions to key access was also explained easily. Overall really good place to stay in Yerevan!
