Очень удобная система регистрирования, легко попали в наш номер. Номер оказался чистым, красивым с прекрасным видом на оперный театр. Кровать и постель очень удобные. В номере было всё необходимое. Также прекрасное местоположение отеля в центре, всё в пешей доступности. Звукоизоляция в отеле, было хорошо слышно, как возвращаются соседи, как они разговаривают и принимают душ.

• Alfredo (10/5): Muy buen equilibrio calidad precio para la ciudad de Roma. - El reciclaje es impecable, realizado con muy buen gusto. Las toallas, sábanas y almohadas son de muy buena calidad. Todo impecablemente limpio. La habitación es comoda y con el espacio necesario. Muy buenas instalaciones en el baño. Agradable vista desde la ventana al teatro de la Opera. La zona es agradable sin ser el mejor lugar para alojarse en Roma. Muy útil si uno quiere estar cerca de la estación Roma Termini. Se puede ir caminando a todos lados. Cuánto mejor sería si hubiera una persona en recepción y no tuviéramos que coordinar TODOS los detalles a través del celular!!! Aunque fuera en un horario acotado!

La comunicazione (efficace) avviene via WhatsApp con lo staff. Box doccia esterno al vano del bagno, ma non è stato un problema.

• Idan (1/5): We didn’t stay, we moved to other hotel - Location is Ok TLDR, We didn’t stay. We took the deluxe room. The room looks nothing like the pictures, low level of maintenance, small and claustrophobic bathroom, broken shower head, and in general everything feels cheap, hostel level. In general, that’s not a real hotel. That’s one floor in some building, no reception and you need to get in touch with them by WhatsApp and hope they will answer fast.

• Liesl (8/5): Great quaint boutique hotel in perfect location - Lovely room in great location. I liked that it’s a small, private hotel with just a few suites. Staff was very helpful when I had issues. Felt like a private apartment. Though the staff was very attentive when I contacted them about issues, it did make me nervous not to have someone onsite 24/7 in case there was a problem late at night. I was always nervous I would accidentally lock myself out after hours and be stuck.

Холодильник к номере. Кондиционер. Мы остались очень довольны, за такую Чудесную цену. Лифт есть! Очень важно! Из нет!

• Hamasa (10/5): Great location, clean and new rooms - Great location, walking distance to main attractions and metro and train stations. Supermarket across street. Modern decor and facilities, which is rare in Rome. I wanted modern and comfortable, it was what i wanted. Stuff were helpful and understanding. I could leave my luggage before my flight in the hotel. Sound isolation, you can hear when other rooms sneeze or flash toilet. But with earplugs it was good.

The location is perfect, I’ll come back again! I like everything, but if I need to give a little feedback, I wish there were slippers in the room.

• Kahurangi (9/5): A great place to stay in Rome without a doubt - Close to train station, good location to city! Can walk everywhere. Beautiful clean rooms with window that can open up to view of the street. I would reccomend this hotel for sure. I loved my stay here. The elevator is old and slow but i didnt mind it was an easy walk up the stairs.

• Fiona (7/5): Comfortable enough stay but overpriced for a room with no chance of a decent tea or coffee in the room. - Comfortable bed and location Entry system was not great. No staff at lunchtime and no internet in area to contact them when I couldn’t use the online system . On trying to phone the contact number , there was a message saying inactive at the moment! Eventually managed to access the place but when tired out not the best first impression. Lack of coffee in room. 1 sachet of fruit tea and 1 black tea only . No milk Desperate for a coffee in the morning and coffee machine at reception was not made up for available coffee. Would have to dress and leave premises to get coffee, which isn’t conducive to a pleasurable start to the morning.

The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to Roma Termini, and we were able to walk everywhere from there. The online check-in made our arrival smooth, with the room key ready upon arrival. Our room was prepared an hour before the official check-in time, and they graciously allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated. The room was spotless, and I was particularly impressed by the high-quality hair dryer. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Highly recommended!

Booked hop on/off bus tickets with the hotel (met expectations). Online check in not the best but upon arrival everything was taken care of by hotel reception (Julia)
• Prudence (10/5): Exceptional - The location was fantastic as far as the Termini Station and my walk to and from it through the neighborhood. It was easy and I felt safe as well. I have stayed in other areas around the station that didn't feel as comfortable in walking to and from in the early hours or late at night. There were nice restaurants close by, and I could get to the rest of Rome easily. The property directions were good and simple. The room itself was easy to self check in with ( I arrived after hours later at night) and the bed was very comfortable, the room nice clean and modern with a good bathroom and amenities. A good choice if you are staying over, moving through and only have a couple days to see Rome.

• Janelle (9/5): Lovely hotel in a good location. - The location was very good, an easy walk from the main train station. We were able to walk to most of the major sites within twenty minutes. I wish there was a true front desk with staffing during more hours. The staff was lovely when they were there, but it was difficult to receive help outside of their limited desk hours.
• Petra (9/5): More advantages than disadvantages! - Accommodation is near the city centre and sightseengs. The staff was amazing! Really helpful and nice. We traveled with one year old child and they prepare a cot. We were pleasantly surprised. This was really nice and we are thankful! Even the room is too small. We could leave our bags at the reception on our last day. We appreciated it! It was helpful. The room is too small for two people with little child. But very nice. If you lieve the room in the morning and come back in the evening, it is okay.

• Esin (9/5): Great location! Affordable and friendly staff - The location is spectacular.. main attractions all accessible literally 15min walk. Great informative workers very kind people! First time in Italy and I think I would consider booking opera58 again. Unfortunately the shower was a disappointment.. I used the hand hose washer to shower as the main shower head was only sprinkling water not the best! Also make sure to bring conditioner as they only provide shampoo & body wash.

• Marko (10/5): Warmest recommendation! - Opera 58 is a wonderful small hotel at a great location. In a 15-minute walk, you are in the city center, surrounded by sights. Termini and Repubblica station are less than a 5-minute walk away. The area is nice and quiet, opposite the hotel there is a Carrefour express, which is open until 10 pm every night. There are some nice restaurants and cafes down the street. The hotel is modernly decorated, the bed is comfortable, and the cleanliness is at an enviable level. Check-in is at 2pm, however we were able to leave the luggage at the reception after 10am. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. It is cleaned every day and the staff is extremely friendly. You have our warmest recommendation for this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. /
