• Lulu (8/5): Nice, good value for money! - The online service is very good. Room is mall but comfortable. There were noises from neighbors for a while but in general the night was quiet.

• EFTHYMIA (10/5): - Our stay was excellent! The host was extremely kind and communication with him was outstanding from the very beginning. The room was spotless, very well maintained, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, very central and convenient for getting around. The instructions provided for finding the apartment were very clear and detailed, so we had no difficulty at all. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely recommend this place to everyone for a unique and enjoyable stay!

Ottima posizione. Aria condizionata. Phon per capelli grande, non il "classico da hotel". Materasso matrimoniale unico. Camera MOLTO piccola, molto più di quanto si percepisce in foto. Pochi piani d'appoggio. No armadi o mensole. Materasso corto.

Stanza un po' calda per i miei gusti, non sapevo dove si poteva regolare la temperatura dei riscaldamenti, la maniglia del miscelatore della doccia si staccava quando ho provato a aprire l'acqua, da sistemare.

Avendo soggiornato con le temperature molto alte, la camera dotata di aria condizionata è stata una mano santa. L''unica pecca è che di notte se si vuole stare con la finestra aperta ci sono i rumori dei turisti per le strade. Il letto è di una dimensione più piccola ma molto comodo. Fuori c'è il frigo ed un'area break essenziale; ottima per le bevande e per rinfrescarsi al rientro dalle varie visite ai musei e per la città.

• Margarida (7/5): Bom se tiverem um budget apertado - Relativamente perto do Doumo e perto também de vários museus, incluindo a Galeria da Academia (onde se encontra o David de Miguel Ângelo). Check-in e check-out autónomos com possibilidade de entrada antes da hora acordada. A aplicação para check-in e recolha da chave utilizada também era intuitiva. O anfitrião foi muito simpático e disponível para ajudar com a recolha das chaves. Foi também possível deixar as malas no espaço comum após o check-out (com a aplicação foi possível voltar a entrar de forma autónoma). Bom para estadias de curta duração e quando o budget não é muito elevado :) A recolha das chaves foi um pouco difícil dado que a caixa apresentava algumas dificuldades na abertura - mas como mencionei o anfitrião foi muito prestável para ajudar. As paredes eram um pouco finas, dado que conseguíamos ouvir alguns barulhos do corredor e zona comum (mas nada de mais).

• Marycielo (10/5): Buen alojamiento - El anfitrión súper amable nos espero a llegar para explicarnos cómo funciona el acceso y las instalaciones del departamento, nos pareció un detalle porque usualmente sólo te mandan links. La ubicación buena, se llega caminando a todo o a un paradero cercano. Volveríamos, nos encantó!

Patogioje vietoje rozetės prie lovos. Yra atskira virtuvėlė nors ir nedidelė, turėjo taures, kaitlentę. Savininkai maloniai bendravo žinutėmis. Naktį triukšminga gatvė ir gana plonos sienos. Laiptais reikia lipti į trečią aukštą. Yra padaryta sistema prisiregistravimui, tačiau prašo kiekvieno prisiregistruojančio nuotraukos su id, nors ir neveikia ant telefono puslapis prisiregistruoti, tokiu atveju galima buvo įkelti foto tiesiog. Šiek tiek įėjimas pirmas sudėtingas nes automatinis durų atrakinimas nelabai gerai veikia iš pirmo karto, tačiau jau įsiregistravus galima naudotis raktais. Televizorius labai nepatogioje vietoje pakabintas.

• Róbert (5/5): - Lokalita ubytovania. Príjemný majiteľ ubytovania. Veľmi špinavá podlaha v celom apartmáne. Po kontaktovaní s majiteľom to začal promptne riešiť, čo chválime. Na ubytovaní je veľmi zlý systém splachovania – tlačítko treba viackrát veľmi silno stlačiť aby išiel aspoň slabý prúd vody. Avšak majiteľ ubytovania nám prisľúbil, že apartmán sa čoskoro zrekonštruuje, na čo sa veľmi tešíme :).

The location was excellent — very central, easy to access, and in a safe area. The room was clean and tidy, just like the photos. The only issue was that the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t ask the host to fix it. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it!

The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major sights on foot. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their local tips were invaluable and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and convenient stay in Florence!

• Zuzanna (9/5): Superb - The host is nice and helpful, moreover, in the room there are flyers with tips for tourists and with the chance of more attraction. The location is the best, you only have to walk 5 min to the Duomo! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for the hospitality.
• Toni (6/5): Great location but not at all soundproof - The owner was very responsive and helpful, they even let us check in early when we arrived. There was an issue with the toilet when I checked in and I informed the owner and they sent somebody who had it fixed within the hour! The property was clean and the communal kitchen bins were emptied daily. The location was great, it was walking distance from everything! The original flat was made into multiple rooms, non of which were soundproof. When somebody was in the kitchen it was so loud and often woke me up early in a morning. I could hear next door having sex as if they were in the same room as me. The room was tiny and had absolutely no space for my luggage. The bathroom had a bad smell. The mattress was slanted at both edges from wear and tear and meant my back was in pain during my whole stay.

• Andreana (8/5): Very good - The location of the room was perfect, everything was near. The room was clean and the kitchen well equipped. There weren't any shampoos and shower gels and the water supply system of the toilet was a little bit bad.

• Blume (2/5): Id is not a good place to stay. - The room is extremely noisy, the bed is bad and the built-in bathroom stinks. The toilet has no proper drain and the pump is loud and constantly goes on even at night. You can't sleep well there!

• Guihua (6/5): fairly pleasant experience - location is central with walking distance to the main attractions. the room is small with a tiny bathroom. The toilet cover is broken. The apartment had been divided into 5 small individual rooms to maximize its value. Erica was helpful and helped with the check in and brought my luggage to 2nd floor. No elevator. 2nd floor in Europe is like 3rd floor in North America. Better to travel with a backpack in Florence.
