• Guest (1/5): Nasty, sticky room with mold - Lokalizacja I would like to report a serious cleanliness issue with the room I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the property was completely different from what was shown in the photos and described online. Here are the main problems I encountered: • The bathroom was very dirty and yellow; the photo on the website is heavily brightened and does not reflect reality. • There is visible mold in the bathroom, especially around the walls and shower area. • The fridge was sticky and covered in dirt that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. • There were hairs on the pillows. • There is mold in the room, and every wall is dirty. • The trash bags are too small, which causes a mess during the stay. • The cupboards with glasses were sticky and unclean. • The cupboard under the sink (with cleaning products) was dirty as well. • In the bedside table, I found old used cotton swabs left by previous guests. The bathroom was by far the worst — it was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic to use. This was a very uncomfortable experience, and I believe the property does not meet the cleanliness standards advertised on your website. I kindly ask for a refund or appropriate compensation for the poor conditions. Please let me know if you need any photos to support my claim — I have them ready to send. Thank you for your attention.
• Nacer (2/5): can't recommend this place :( - not much sadly... maybe the nearby train station. sadly not much positive I can say about it. if the whole flat would have been clean and didn't have a odour problem, then it would be a decent place to stay. whole apartment had a terrible smell, which seems to come from the bathroom, which itself was in a bad shape and had mold on multiple spots. didn't even dare to take a shower or wash my face there.... tv stand was dusty. dust and hairs under the bed, dirty kitchen etc. booked a hotel room nearby an hour after we arrived...

• Julia (10/5): - Miałam okazję zatrzymać się w tym apartamencie podczas pobytu w Tokio. Sam pokój był dość prosty i skromny – nie należał może do najnowocześniejszych, ale spełnił swoje podstawowe funkcje. Największym atutem tego miejsca była zdecydowanie lokalizacja. Apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko jednej z najbardziej tętniących życiem i popularnych dzielnic – Shinjuku, co sprawia, że jest to świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Dodatkowo, tuż przy wejściu do budynku znajdowała się winda oraz zejście do stacji metra, co niesamowicie ułatwiało codzienne przemieszczanie się po Tokio. Dla osób, które cenią sobie wygodę transportu i chcą być blisko centrum wydarzeń – to miejsce będzie naprawdę dobrą opcją.
• Jose Ramirez (9/5): - El hotel está muy bien ubicado está a un lado de la entrada de la estación de metro, además cerca hay tiendas y restaurantes, dentro del hotel está todo lo necesario es perfecto para dos personas, yo lo reserve para dos personas pero al final se nos unio otro familiar y pregunté si había problema de una persona extra y no hubo, lo único era que solo tenían cama y toallas para 2 personas, solamente estuvimos 3 días así que pudimos acomodarnos bien por ese tiempo en la cama y unas almohadas en el piso, La televisión no era Smart tv así que no podía poner Netflix pero si podía ver los canales locales
• Nadia (5/5): Tokyo bajo mínimos - La ubicación, a 15 min del centro de Shinjuku y al lado del metro. No estaba limpio. Nada más llegar había mucho pelo en el baño y en el suelo. Para pasar 6 días nos faltaron toallas y no teníamos toalla de mano, nos teníamos que secar con la de la ducha.

• Anonymous (7/5): Apartment near Shinjuku - as advertised. - It's as advertised, an apartment in Shinjuku (Higashi-Shinjuku station exit 2 is next door!), self check-in with a Key in a box. Although everything is through messages, they were very prompt and responsive throughout. It was good that I could leave my baggage in the apartment early The place could do with a deep clean. The daily cleaning was a bit late.
• Michela (10/5): Perfect appartement in Shinjuku - The host was really kind and offered to store my belongings in the appartement even before the check in. Easy communication via messages on booking. There was a little kitchen and a mini fridge, the small balcony was a plus!! The room smelled a bit of humidity when I arrived but it was solved opening the window to the balcony.
• Lara (10/5): BEST LOCATION EVER - OMG! The location was absolutely awesome. The room was small but had exactly what you'd need for two guests. Just the right amount of space. It was the perfect location for travelling as the train station was at the front door! Super easy check-in, too. The shower curtain did have a bit of mould on it, but other than that, everything seemed relatively clean.
• Jacob (5/5): Was ok for the price, location is what made it good. - The location was great! Right by the higashi-shinjuku station and was right next to a 7-eleven which was handy. The room was a decent size and the WiFi was very useful. The bathroom was very small and the bed wasn’t very comfy. I know this is out of the hosts control but we barely gotten any sleep at all for the both nights we were there as the next door neighbour was drilling and hammering into our wall CONSTANTLY at ridiculous hours.

• Charles (9/5): Great little place - Great little place very close to everything you need! It gives you a feel for what living in a flat in Tokyo is like Absolutely immaculate, easy to find and about a 2 minute walk to a subway or 15-20 minute walk to Shinjuku main station. There was WiFi but no pocket WiFi (there was a sign for it but it wasn't there).
• Nick (10/5): I’d likely use this property/host again, the whole process was easy and was able to focus on my trip - Check in and out was very easy, you can show whenever you like so don’t have to stress about showing up at a specific time I don’t really have any bad to say, I got what was expected!

• Moni-mona (7/5): Very good for a city trip - Everything you need. Small kitchen, small bathtub/toilet, comfy bed, ability to open the window. Tight next to the metro station. Very detailed infos from the staff about the checkin in advance. You can here the sirens quite well but never heard the neighbours.
• Edmund (1/5): I couldn't even stay there for 1 hour. - The Batur and sink both back up into the bathroom floor, and there is black mold under the sink, which can be smelled clearly through the entire unit. The property owner was not supportive with fixing the problem and was confrontational when presented with the concerns.
• Chi (1/5): Can't be even worst - Nothing is good. While i pay a lot for a room, it's dirty, old, irresponsible landlord. The over-exaggerated room size and deco made us disappointed - itching whole night and not cozy at all. It doesn't really look like what you see on booking.com. The landlord just randomly gave you a room. If you are not fine with his random arrangement, no matter how hard you try, you still cannot contact him, very irresponsive. If you are good with no-response + dirty room, book it. Also, the kitchenware is not clean, and no cleansing thing is provided. you have to buy yourself, and it doesn't make sense.

• Kim (1/5): bad experience. couldn't wait to leave. - nothing. we paid 4nts & had to leave after 2nts...dirty bath, jug didn't work, flat towels, dodgy fluro light above bed, dingy lifts...didn't feel safe. Paid for 2 adults but only provision of 1 mug, 1 plate, 1 fork & minimal kitchen amenities. mouldy bath & basin.
