• Jessica (10/5): - Brilliant for a long term stay. The walls are a little thin, we were lucky our first 10 nights there was no one lodging next door but the last four nights a very loud family stayed. We had to knock on the wall after 10pm to ask them to be quiet.

• sachin (10/5): Great and peaceful stay away from hustle bustle - We stayed in Osaka at a private property with my wife and two kids, and it was a great experience. The location was excellent — very close to public transportation, restaurants, and a shopping center. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful, which made everything easy. Even though it was a busy time in Osaka with the expo and most properties were unavailable, we were lucky to find this one at a very good price. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to the same property on our next visit. Nothing

H (9/5): - 設備は全て揃っていて不自由はありませんでした、駅からも歩いて六分くらいで便利です。近くに安い食料品店やセブンイレブンが歩いて五分の所にあります。お宿は路地にあるので外の騒音は何も無く静寂ですベッドルームも2階にあるので寝たい方は早い時間に寝られます。目の前の大通りにコインパーキングが1日最大1000円で毎日繰り返し1000円なので3日停めても3000円は安心です。他の近くのコインパーキングは1日最大700円ですがそのまま停めて置くと24時間後に通常料金が加算されていきますので高額になります。レンタカーはOCATからタクシーで900円くらいの所にある業務レンタカー大正店が激安です。古い車体でナビの無い軽自動車ですが9日間借りて14300円は激安です。狭い路地が多いので軽自動車のほうが買い物も駐車場の車庫入れも楽ですよナビもグーグルマップのナビで困ることは無いです 冷房が最強になると室外機がフル稼働してその振動が1階に響きます部屋が冷えて弱になると振動は無くなります。テレビの取付位置が上すぎるので観にくいです。階段に手摺が無いので降りる時に怖いです。電子レンジが古いので新しいオーブンレンジにしてもらえるとグラタンや焼き魚やチキンに焦げ目がつけられクリスピーで美味しくなります。IHIクッキングヒーターの電源スイッチがどこにあるのか分かりづらいです。掘りごたつの中の床のほこりとゴミが目立ちました。10泊してチェックアウト後に一度だけの掃除なのに日本人に清掃費6000円は高額過ぎると感じました。 不満な点はそれだけですね後は完璧です

• Gary (9/5): Lovely place, great location - Great location, close to train station, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Easy to find and access via self check in. Adequate cooking facilities, very comfortable beds, powerful shower with plenty of hot water and smart TV. Host was very responsive and delivered iron and ironing board on request. Stairs can be slippy and could do with a handrail or non slip treads of some kind for safety purposes. My wife slipped down them and hurt her back.
• wile (9/5): It was very convenient and comfortablel for a reasonable price too. - It was very accessible to a train station and convenience stores. There are cleaning supplies and some seasonings available. The amenities are very nice to have when you just want a day in. The washer/dryer is complicated to use. The mattresses move alot with just slight movements. There was a bunch of dust and a baby pacifier under the bed.
• Ange (9/5): Fabulous host, great place! - Good location and the house was great. Good size, two great double beds. All amenities available, washing machine etc. Close to the train station, with access to pretty much everywhere in the city. The host was very accommodating, as we had to find accommodation at very short notice. Would highly recommend. Two slight negatives, the only toilet is downstairs which is a bit of a pain during the night and secondly, it has a great balcony but can only be accessed by having to climb onto & over one of the beds.
• Roanne (10/5): Best house we’ve rented in Japan! - We absolutely loved this house. It is provided with everything you need. The table in the living room with the heather is an absolute great extra and gave an extra cosy touch to this house. Everything was spacious and comfortable. After being at Osaka during the day, it felt so nice coming home in this quiet area. Host is very friendly and the fast communication was super nice. It’s our second time we visit Japan and this is definitily the best house we’ve rented. 100% coming back. Thank you! We loved and enjoyed everything.
• Louis (9/5): Superb - Location is great, close to Tengachaya station where you can opt for the osaka metro or using the Nankai line straight to Namba. Tengachaya station has a few restaurants in the area as well as a supermarket. The size of the accomodation is big enough for a family of four consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. Beds and shower on the second floor and WC, kitchen and sitting area located on first floor. The kitchen had an induction stove, fridge, microwave and pots/pans/plates/utensils.
• Johanna (7/5): Great place for a short stay. - Location was excellent. The apartment had all things necessary. It was well kept. There were no instructions for the induction hob and it took me two days to discover that the pan was wrong for it. Unfortunately there is another airbnb next door and their clients made a lot of noise in the night. Some noise isolation would be a good idea.
• Silvio (10/5): Exceptional - The communication with the host was rapid and clear. The apartment was clean, and fully furnished. The position is great with 8 minutes walk to the station, just besides public market, and superstore. Was a quiet area perfect to relax after all day around the city.

• Jamie (10/5): Exceptional - The home itself was perfect for our osaka stay. It was spacious and comfortable. Laundry and cooking options available. It has several train stations close by. The area was very safe and had numerous shops and Restaurants close by. It was easy to get to attractions. Really loved the neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again. Host was super responsive to messages. A++++ 10* Nothing. It was perfect.
• Zhang (10/5): What a hidden gem! - It has been a wonderful experience of staying at this property. Excellent location to the local public transportation (train lines and Metro) and convenient stores (5-10mins walk). Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Felt living in an authentic Japanese community rather than a crowd tourism spot. The owner was super friendly and helpful, great communication 😄 The house is clean, cozy and well-facilitated, and the beds are very comfortable. Great value for money!! Highly recommended for couples or families (we are 2A2C under 10). Stayed 6 days and loved it! Hope to return again soon 🙏🙏 Nothing really. If must name one, I suggest that the owner can leave a piece of wood for holding the slicing door on the second floor (as there is no lock to the sliding door to the balcony). Making the guests feel more secure by knowing the sliding door won't be open from outside. Mind you the neighborhood felt very safe so I didn't feel like it was an issue.
