O cheiro do mofo insuportável, janela da sala não tem cortina para fechar totalmente, somente uma persiana por fora,que dá a falta de privacidade, máquina de lavar porta quebrada então nem pensei em usar, não tem ar mas tem ventilador, no calor ajudaria e muito , deixamos as janelas abertas dia e noite e os armários sem abrir, os protetores do colchões e travesseiro tive que ir em lavanderia para lavar, junto com meus lençóis e cobertas pois passou o cheiro par eles, para termos noites mais respirável. A praia é maravilhosa para quem tem criança, mais o apartamento para quem tem renite,sinusite, criança com asma, infelizmente deixa a desejar pelo odor. Muito forte, tentei aliviar com odorizador para ambiente 3 dia melhorou um pouco.
