- Xu (1/5): 很糟糕，工作人员太差劲 - The first time I encountered such a hotel, I was completely speechless 😓 I booked it on Agoda and the price includes tourism tax. When I checked in, the front desk said the tourism tax wasn't displayed there and asked me to pay. She also called her Chinese boss, who asked me to pay again. I explained for an hour before and after, but it didn't work. Later, I had to call Agoda customer service. Agoda customer service said I have to show one of the two attachments in the confirmation email they sent me to the front desk. That was the tourism tax receipt. The front desk took a picture of the receipt and said I should send the confirmation email directly to the hotel email when I made the reservation the next day. She even didn't want to give me the receipt for the accommodation deposit 🙁 The next morning, there was something wrong with my email and I couldn't open it for a long time. It was said that there was a risk and various verifications were needed. After struggling for half an hour, the confirmation email for the next day's reservation was finally sent to the hotel email. When I came back in the evening, the front desk changed to a young woman and she still asked me to pay the tourism tax. I said the receipt had been sent to your email, but she said she didn't see it and asked me to provide her with evidence. But the problem with the email happened again and I couldn't open it 😮 I got so angry and patted the table, saying that I had been bothering for an hour yesterday, and still have to be bothered today 🙄 I asked the front desk to turn over the computer for me to take a look. The front desk started shouting at me and kept patting the table, saying, 'If you want to do this, I'll call the police.' I said you should call. The front desk had a big argument with me for more than half an hour, pointing at me with her finger and saying I was so rude and she would like to report to the police.

- WEI SHERN (8/5): A simple trip - Location is good. It is accessible to a number of food shops and convenience stores too. The staff were efficient at providing new towels upon request (almost within 5 minutes). The lifts in the hotel were quick as well, hence there is no long wait for the lift. Good for a quick stay. The bathroom has a bit of small areas which the translucent screen has peeled off hence giving a lack of privacy. If the bidet had a handle to hook it up, it would be better.

- TANG (10/5): - TV with most 8TV or other choices / variety of wifi available / sufficient lights / strategic location / considerate safety / more variety of restaurant selections nearby / air cond is cold enough for a good sleep / great customer services in overall / they will be not too strict if policy is complied such as not smoking or drinking alcohol in hotel / area with the nearest distance towards Bukit Jalil Arena / most importantly it is TRUSTED and guaranteed stay if you inform properly on the upcoming stays. Since I am one of the first-time customers in KL, to be honest this hotel is one of the recommended hotels who is looking for stays for the upcoming concerts near Bukit Jalil Arena. The water machine is faulty on the 2nd floor, but actually not much of concern. Can go to the 1st floor for pouring water. Just need to add a sign board or indications for users who are attempting to look for pouring water. The stairs nearby the room 6209 just need to be cleaned to improve the hygiene conditions.

- Chua (7/5): Nice budget stay for concert goers. - Good location for concert goers at the Bukit Jalil/Axiata Stadium, extra easy to find something to eat as well. Ample parking space (roadside public parking) after 11PM but it gets extra packed at other times. Room has all you'll need for a short stay, not exactly sparkling clean but nice enough for a budget hotel. Maybe replace the slippers with disposable ones. Cleanliness-wise it's alright but there were quite a number of stray hairs in the toilet.

Exhaust fan in toilet is great we cant smell our own shit😂 hot shower hair dryer and tv worked properly. Location is very good. If you're attending event at bukit jalil this place is a great choice. Easy access to a lot of eateries.

The management was not really efficient and cannot fix the problem in time which had caused me and my girlfriend to check out earlier and move to another hotel.
