Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Mev (8/5): Great Location. - Great location, cute little apartment, very peaceful. The back veranda opens directly onto the water, and there is a very safe swimming beach just 30 meters away. It's within walking distance of the lovely Salty Dog Pub. The apartment is a little dated, and there is no air conditioning.

- Julia (6/5): Great view, disappointing lack of provision of essentials. - The view is lovely. We saw dolphins and a koala from our balcony! We paid over $400 per night and we were expected to BYO toilet paper. I think that is absolutely outrageous. This demonstrates that the owner/property manager is maximising profits over customer experience, how petty.

- Jill (9/5): lovely quiet location! great restaurants at soldier point Marina ! great Thai takeaway at salamander bay shops. great o - loved the view. close to a beach . layout was great . location was peaceful away from the manic Nelson bay. laundry facilities were useful. the drive way was quite steep!! if you have a low car you would need to park up top!!
- Emma (5/5): Stunning views but not value for money - Ground floor unit Lovely views Nice walks Comfy beds Good size kitchen We paid $60 for linen hire and when we arrived at our unit late at night with young children we found we had to also make our beds. This is not value for money. We would have appreciated the extra mile for the money we paid. Also having to travel 30 min return trip to pick up and drop off the keys was not very attractive. Maybe the use of a lock box at the property would be more suitable and attractive to future people staying at the unit. We had to empty the hot water valve run offbucket (behind the toilet) 4 or 5 times over our 3 night stay. Maybe the hot water system needs some repairs or maintenance. The back gate needs a lock on it (our 2 yr old worked out how to open it) The lounges are old and uncomfortable. Both my husband and I got sore backs from sitting in them. The internet was VERY slow even when we connected to the WiFi.
