Only the facilities are outdated and cockroaches are everywher - It’s near to everything like shops, mall, street food, night market, bus stop, MTR station, and Harbourfront. It’s accessible to everything I didn’t expect the room is too small. It has lots of cockroaches and the aircon is too noisy. I didn’t sleep at night during my first day of stay.

Беше чисто и имаше на разположение диспенсер за топла и студена вода. Бяхме платили за стая със собствена баня, но ни дадоха изключително малка стая с обща баня. След разговор със собствениците не ни дадоха по-добра стая с оправданието, че всичко е заето,, но ни върнаха част от сумата. В стаята едва се побираше тясно легло за двама, налагаше се да се обличаме един по един, за да не си пречим.

• Francisco Jose (1/5): NO RESERVES AQUÍ. SON UNA MAFIA ESTAFADORA. - Nada. Son unos estafadores. No reserves aquí. Nos enviaron un mensaje privado de que no tenía camas el mismo día y una hora antes de la hora de entrar, estando la reserva echa y pagada con una antelación de 6 meses. Además no nos daban la opción de cancelar y devolvernos el dinero. Dijimos que nos presentábamos de todos modos y que nos tenían que dar una solución, éramos 15, íbamos a coger un vuelo, llegábamos a las 11 de la noche al aeropuerto, solo íbamos a dormir y a esa hora no podíamos ponernos a buscar nada. Al final accedieron, pero a las llegada nos atendieron con muy poca educación y amenazas, y nos estafaron. Nos dieron 3 habitaciones de dos personas, cuando nuestra reserva era de 3 habitaciones para 4 personas cada una. A la salida el día siguiente había otra persona en recepción que llegaba para el checkin y le habían hecho igual que a nosotros. Estafadores.

• Aleksandra (2/5): Bardzo słaby - Hostel dla odważnych. Może tani i może w kultowym budynku, ale ja po jednej nocy (z zaplanowanych 5) przeniosłam się do innego hotelu. Słowo delux w określeniu pokoju, oznacza, że jest to pokój z oknem wychodzącym na bardzo głośną w nocy ulicę. Łóżka to raczej prycze. Łazienka tak mała, że jeszcze takiej nie widziałam. Nie da się tam porządnie wykąpać. Na 16 pięter bloku są dwie czteroosobowe windy, więc trzeba stać w kolejce, żeby się do nich dostać. Zdecydowanie odradzam. seniorturysta.pl
• Arijanna Sara (2/5): Horrible - Very dirty, room was like a prison. Just a bed and a toilet and no windows.. room smelled like cigarettes, and it made a lot of noise during the night. The building was extremely dirty, with some parts under construction and the people there were very inappropriate. I was approached by several either Pakistani or Indian guys and I felt very uncomfortable. I was considering paying for a new hotel, unfortunately my budget didn’t permit it. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Rather go to a further location and take the subway every morning. The location is not worth it.
• Gordon (8/5): Good value in Chungking Mansions - Chungking Mansions is an excellent location for exploring Hong Kong. The staff were quick and attentive and the room itself was as advertised. Waiting for the elevator can take some time, but that is to be expected.

• Yuriy (8/5): - Очень трудно оценивать подобные размещения, но я поставил хорошие оценки, т.к. прекрасно представлял, что за город Гонконг и что я получу за такую цену. Как известно, Гонконг, мягко говоря, сильно не дешёвый город. Это касается всего, в т.ч. и проживания. Поэтому, размещение в отеле, даже очень среднего уровня, стоит достаточно дорого и кто-то может себе это позволить, но, с другой стороны, так ли необходимы такие лишние траты для рядового путешественника, которому утром нужно только помыться, привести себя в порядок и вечером лечь спать? Конечно, всегда хочется большего комфорта, но каждый решает сам. Так вот, что касается моего "номера". Во-первых, под названием United Co-Operate скрывается не конкретный гостевой дом, а целая сеть гостевых домов, расположенных в этом не маленьком здании, в разных его частях и этажах. Приходя по конкретно этому адресу, вы уже на месте получаете "распределение" в конкретный гостевой дом, но, повторю, в этом же здании. Во-вторых, учитывая первое, конечно, картинка может не соответствовать реальности. В моем случае, я получил вполне приличный "скворечник", где помещалась только кровать и, разумеется, санузел. Но, всё работало: кондиционер охлаждал, унитаз смывал, горячая вода текла. Кроме того, вы получаете полное погружение в атмосферу Гонконга. На первом этаже находится нечто вроде рынка с лавочками со всякой дребеденью, а также закусочные, кафешки и т.д. и т.п. Кстати, я ел там и очень неплохо. Плюс, оживленная Натан роуд, везде метро и 5-10 минут до набережной.

• Seven (1/5): Stay away just away as you can - Please stay away from this group of guest house, they will knock at 8 am for you to force fully check you out. I want to use the f word for all the enployees who are running this guest House chain in chung king mansion The rooms were smaller then a normal toilet for a triple occupancy, they enployees were as bad as shit.

• Nithiya (5/5): Passable - The women working there were friendly and the room had the basics. Stayed in the Chunking Mansions as it was cheaper than anywhere else and got the true Hong Kong tourist experience. Tiny room with a tiny bathroom and insects crawling everywhere. Access to the building was very chaotic due to a large number people gathering there throughout the day. This was exactly as I had anticipated, but I'm never doing this again.

I have been in properties they have cockroach but they never reach the bed. This is something has to be adressed properly. The description for the location is really hard to follow. It would need better pictures to be able to locate the entrance to the place.

• Suontama (5/5): You never know what you'll get when you book United Co-guest house - I had booked a family room for 3 adults in United Co-operative Guest house but we got a tiny room in yoko yoko( or smthg like that) guest house in the same building anyway. We had just two towels for three adults. We are Europeans and the beds were too short for us. I knew that those beds in the picture are suitable for us and that's why I chose that family room in the picture in United Co-operative guest house. We stayed in that family room there our first time. This was our third time here in United Co-guest house. It's strange that in their website that family room is available...they use the same picture for everything and it's not realistic. They give you what they want.. Good location and price.

KINDLY RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUND US BACK EVERYTHING - THE REASON WHY THEY CANCELLED OUR BOOKING IS BECAUSE THE CARD GETTING DECLINED, BUT WE ALREADY PAID BEFORE WE ARRIVED AND THEY KNEW IT. BUT STILL, THEY CANCELLED IT WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING US. THEY WANT US TO BE BACK BUT FOR A HIGHER PRICE LIKE HK$800 PER DAY OR INSTEAD OF OUR ORGINAL BOOKING THAT COST HK$1,700.50 FOR 7D6N, THEY WANT US TO BOOK AGAIN FOR HK$2,400 FOR 5D4N. I THINK THIS IS THEIR SCHEME TO GET A HIGHER PRICE FOR THEIR BOOKING. OTHER PEOPLE ARE ALSO COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR HOTEL HAVING CANCELLED BEFORE THE DAY THEY ARRIVED. BUT OUR EXPERIENCE IS WORSE BECAUSE WE ALREADY PAID AND JUST KNEW IT WAS CANCELLED WHEN WE ARRIVED AT NIGHT, SO WE HAVE NOWHERE TO GO AND NO CHOICE BUT TO BOOK OTHER ACCOMODATION THE SAME NIGHT. • Billy (1/5): Bad - this property was disgusting in all ways. it is a disgrace that booking.com allow such a place to be advertised as a place to stay. it is worse than a prison cell. As this was my part of my 4 day self quarantine I didn’t know I could change the place, but after 2 nights of hell I had to change places. I would rather have been arrested no lock on door, no fridge, AC and fan doesn’t work properly, room the size of a single bed, cockroaches everywhere, wait hours to check in disgusting smell. I am waiting for full refund, compensation and for the property to be removed from the website so no one else has to go through a similar experience
