• Sarah (3/5): Could have been much better - Location was good for attractions Spacious • Broken pool alarm. Tried to contact the company by text, email and phone. Nobody responded. It is law to have a working pool alarm, we could not use the outside. • The carpet was dirty and stained, ironically there was a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying no shoes allowed on/up the stairs • Paid for late check out, cleaners turned up at the regular check out time (10am) • No bottle of wine, which was included in the upgrade price • WiFi password did not work • Headboard was broken in one of the rooms, exposing the nails. No way to contact the company at all

• NiKiya (9/5): Have a plumber check it out and we will definitely return! - The home is very spacious, the pool looks small but it accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. The house was just as described in the listing and the property management company is very nice. It's in a great area and we would return. The checkout procedures were a little much. I'm okay with removing my trash but we basically had to completely clean the unit due to fear of being charged $25 per bag of any trash left in the house. That bothered me because as we were cleaning, we saw items left under things from past guests. There is an issue with the plumbing in the house. The downstairs toilet needs to be snaked as it doesn't flush the contents and overfills with paper trapped in the pipes. The master bath takes 2 flushes to clear the commode and the hall bath sometimes runs after usage.
