• Damir (10/5): - Lijepa, mirna lokacija, apartman je nov ,kao i namještaj, opremljen sa svim što je potrebno, u kuhinji i kupatilu. Autobus, tramvaj, lift, radnje, sve je na dohvat ruke. Mi volimo šetati, pa nismo koristili usluge javnog prevoza. Upute za ulazak u zgradu i sam apartman jasne i tačne. Ako dolazite svojim automobilom, malo se raspitajte u vezi garaža (u samoj zgradi se nalazi Payuca garaža) ili korištenja parking mjesta u blizini zgrade. Ukratko, smještaj je upotpunio odličan doživljaj Beča. Hvala Jedini nedostatak, mali nedostatak, jeste što, ukoliko spavate u dnevnoj sobi, sunce vas probudi prilično rano,jer je vanjska roletna demontirana. Bilo bi odlično, barem privremeno postaviti neku unutrašnju ,jeftinu iz JYSK-a. Ili nešto slično. Ali to je mali problemčić u odnosu na sve odlično što pruža ovaj apartman.

• Sara (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo,carino,vicino alla fermata del tram,aveva tutto ciò che serviva nell’appartamento. Troppo alto il riscaldamento, mancava l aria, non c’è scopa .E sono venuti in camera a spazzare senza il nostro consenso o essere avvisati.

• Deepak (9/5): Overall a decent and comfortable stay - Very Clean apartment. Thoughtfully planned and stocked as per the need and the number of guests. Necessary household equipment available in the apartment.

• Natasa (10/5): Perfekt! - Es war alles bestens. Türen werden mit Türcode geöffnet. Man ist flexibel bei der Anreise. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgesattet. Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und allem was man zum Kochen benötigt. Lift vorhanden. Straßenbahn liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse (trotzdem sehr leise) mit der man direkt ins Zentrum fahren kann ohne umsteigen zu müssen. Würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen! Kann sie nur weiterempfehlen, man fühlt sich wohl und kann nichts falsch machen. Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten, evtl 2 Wassergläser mehr wäre gut, mehr Haken im Bad und in der Toilette einen damit man ein Handtuch aufhängen kann.

• Sabriye (9/5): - Tesis, toplu ulaşım araçlarına ulaşım açısından çok iyi konumdaydı. Etrafta birden fazla market ve yeme içme mekanı vardı genelde sakindi. Kapı kodu kullanarak eve giriş çok kolaydı. Evin genel temizliği iyiydi. Ev küçük olmasına rağmen evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek birçok eşya; çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinası, fön, kapsül kahve makinası, ütü, mikro dalga fırın v.s. mevcuttu. Mutfak araç gereçleri yeterli çeşitlilikte ve miktardaydı. Genel anlamda keyif aldığımız bir konaklama süreci geçirdik. Salondaki panjur arızalıydı ve gün ışığı doğrudan içeriye girdiği için salonda uyuyan kişi günün erken saatlerinde uyanmak zorunda kalıyordu. Ağustos ayının ilk haftasında konakladığımız için hava biraz sıcaktı fakat tavan vantilatörleri iş görüyordu. Bir haftalık konaklama sürecinde eve belki biraz daha fazla çamaşır makinası ve bulaşık makinası kapsülleri bırakılabilirdi. Böyle bir detay bizi daha çok memnun ederdi. Tatilinizde yanınızda deterjan taşımak veya büyük hacimli ürünler satın almak istemezsiniz değil mi? :) Mutfak gereçleri için içi çizilmiş tavaların değiştirilmesi gerektiğini ve mümkünse mutfağa bir cezve eklenmesini tavsiye ederim.
• Petra (10/5): - Nice and clean, cimfortable and fully equipped apartment. Quiet location, with loot of markets nearby, tram stop just around the corner.
• Nikol (8/5): - V ubytování bylo vše, co je potřeba. Vybavená kuchyň, fén, ručníky, atd. Měli jsme požádáno o dětskou postýlku, kterou nám také potvrdili, že v ubytování nachystají. Na pokoji však nebyla, takže to byla docela komplikace s ročním dítětem na velké posteli, která není nijak ohraničená. Parkování není součástí ubytování. Pod ubytováním jsou garáže, ale nutno si stáhnout aplikaci a vyřešit skrz ní - za poplatek.

• Frank (10/5): gern wieder - Straßenbahn zum Karlsplatz direkt um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nebenstraße. Decken Ventilatoren in beiden Zimmern. Wir konnten den Fernsehers nicht auf TV stellen (vom Vormieter war die Sprache auf ukrainisch gestellt, Netflix und co waren aber problemlos)
• Lukas (8/5): - Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und alles hat funktioniert. Auf Nachfrage haben wir kurzfristig noch ein Kinderbett und einen Stuhl erhalten. Die Lage ist okay, man kommt mit der Tram schnell in die Stadt. Vor Ort gibt es wenig sehenswertes.
• Mirela (9/5): Good location & clean apartment - The location was easy to find and it was also easy to enter the property. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There also toiletries available even if it wasn’t mentioned in the description. The location has also several groacery stores nearby. It is very hot in the apartment and the sun is shining directly on the sofa bed in the morning making difficult to sleep. Some thermal or blackout curtains would be appreciated in the living room. Regarding the parking, the information provided by the host (even if we asked several times) was limited. The only information we received was to look at parken.at and there we couldn’t find parking nearby. It is quite strange when on the description is written parking garage and there is in fact one under the building.

• Andre (7/5): Good - Awesome conditions: kitchen well equipped, nice bathroom with awesome water pressure, living room very cozy and comfortable. Easy to park the car in the same building park garage. The mattress is way too soft.

• Alekandra (10/5): Would come again - Very clean apartmant, the location is good, close to the metro and tram lines, 15 min aprox.to the city centar. Kitchen is well equiped, good wifi connection, comfi bads, and what is the most important for me, the street is very quiet, and the area is safe. Easy check in/check out. Also, great thing is that there is an iron and the hairdryer. I have no complaints.
• Tania_kuznietsova (9/5): Great stay in Vienna - The apartment was small but very comfortable, cozy, clean, and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary essentials. The owner was highly responsive and helpful. The tram station is conveniently located close to the building, and it takes approximately 20 minutes by tram to reach the city center. It's a great choice for a maximum of two people and better suited for a short stay, as the space is quite small. However, we were more than satisfied with our time there.
• Jennifer (9/5): Would 100% recommend it for a couple or a group of 3. - Great location with good connection to transportation. Garage in the building (costs extra). New and modern interior und very clean! The kitchen has all the tools you need, even a dishwasher. Great communication with the host. Quite area, easy to access. The bed was a little bit too soft for us and there was no AC. Also in the morning it was bright because blinds didn’t make it dark enough, but it was ok.
