- Kyan (1/5): Absolute scammer. DO NOT BOOK! - Nothing No further communication was made when trying to get a hold of the keys to property. Turned up and no one was there, no way of getting hold of the owner as no answer from text or phone. Absolute scam and a rip off. Didn’t even stay there had to get a hotel round the corner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

- Tracie (1/5): Bad - There was very little to like about this experience...the room was in a building that is a property business with office on first floor. My room was at top floor with access via a very dark hallway. Shower/toilet facilities were shared which was not explained at point of booking. Shower/toilet area disgusting with shower head hanging off wall. I had to repeatedly contact property to get access code for keys, information as to location of shower/toilet and WiFi password. I did not feel safe or comfortable in this property and checked out as early as possible because of this. The only good thing about location was proximity to tube station. See above.
