Apartament was clean and prepared, there was even a body soap and the shampoo :) The sofa located in the living room was horribly squeaking, it was almost impossible to sleep ;) unii

• Marius-cristian (10/5): A very good location to be able to visit Milan - We liked very much the location and the cleanness. It was very quiet. We also enjoyed the comfort of the bed. We also liked that it had AC both down and up where the bed is.

• Alexander (6/5): Pleasant - The place was easy to locate. Only walking distance from duomo. The loft upstairs has a beautiful instagrammable view. Host was kind, friendly and gracious and allowed us to leave our stuff in the apartment before 3:00pm. The room was not ready for occupancy by 3:00pm. Cleaners were still there cleaning until 3:30pm.
• Doris (7/5): Good - The amount of documents needed to submit prior to check-in was insane, though I know this is something about the government but not related to the host. After submitting the documents, the check-in was very smooth and easy with everything communicated to us prior to arrival via WhatsApp. The place is not 5 mins from Duomo, I would say it's around 10 mins, though it is not a big deal. It is still easy to walk to various spots. We booked this place because of the attic bedroom, its location and the nice review. However, we were disappointed because the AC of the attic bedroom was not working/not connected. Although the host offered to bring a technician in to check, we do not want to as we were out during the day and it is not convenient when our stuff are already in the apartment. As a result, we could not stay in the bedroom at all due to the heat and we could only use the sofa bed for what we paid for. If I were a responsible host, I would have checked everything to make sure they work properly prior to a guest's checking in. The host did offer solutions after we found out the issues (e.g. bought a new remote, offered to bring a technician in), but unfortunately none of them work for us/our schedule. No reimbursement/partial credit was offered due to this issue.
