• ioseb (3/5): - purity A very cheap repair is causing the faucet to drip, there's no hot water in the kitchen. Hot water runs for two minutes, then turns cold, and the central heating doesn't turn on. It's probably the dish sinks. The water in the bathroom comes from some kind of heater that isn't working properly, and there's a noise and everything is breaking. I was asked to leave the apartment at 9:10 am 50 minutes early and I had to waste a lot of time communicating with him and the staff. The view from the bedroom is terrible, it looks like some kind of factory. And it looks like there's a quarry there or something?
• Andrea (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist einfach aber dennoch stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fußläufig vom Bahnhof Essen Krey Nord erreichbar und war für uns eine perfekte Lage um weitere Ausflüge zu planen. Die Übergabe mit dem Schlüssel per zuvor zugesandten Code hat super funktioniert. Leider war die Einrichtung der Küche sehr spärlich. Wir haben zwar nicht kochen wollen, jedoch waren lediglich nur 2 einfache Gläser vorhanden. So mußte eine Person immer aus einem kleinen Weinglas trinken. Im Badezimmer wäre eine zusätzliche Ablage von Vorteil gewesen. Ein Esszimmerstuhl ist an der Rückseite schon fast heraus gebrochen, so dass wir diesen Stuhl gar nicht benutzen konnten.

• FEIHONG FANG (8/5): - location is good，all well maintained and clean，can cool，very nice coffee machine，packing your free on the roadside The host can not speak English and it is impossible to communicate. One bedroom is closed to the railway it is a bit noisy when the train passby
• Roger (10/5): Zu 4. in der Wohnung ging perfekt, - Aufgeräumt, cooler Stil, Gute Raum Aufteilung Etwas hellhörig, innerhalb der Wohnung, ansonsten perfekt.

• Diogo (8/5): Clean house in a calm neighborhood - House was very clean, it was easy to collect the keys to do the check in, location was good (no noise in the street). Always good to have coffee :) overall we had a very pleasant stay! Only one key for four people is not enough. One thing I would improve is communication as I tried to speak with the owners to understand if we really had a 24h check in as it says in the title of the ad or if it was only after 4pm as it was mentioned in the description... No answer. We ended up doing a check in at 4pm despite having arrived at 1pm. Also a quick note regarding a man ringing our bell every morning to "check the water" and speaking to us in German. When I contacted the host they told me they weren't expecting anyone so it was a bit awkward situation. Maybe improving communication with the neighbours would be important!
• Lukas (5/5): War ok, würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen - - Ausreichend Platz - Grundsätzlich sauber - Gute Anbindung an Öffentlichen Nahverkehr - Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert - Vermieter hat nicht auf Fragen reagiert - Beschreibung / Hinweise unvollständig (z.B. wo Müll entsorgen) - Backofen war nicht gereinigt und stark verschmutzt / Teller waren noch von vorherigen Gästen leicht verunreinigt - Ausstattung für Ferienwohnung unvollständig (z.B. kein Besen / Staubsauger etc.) - Matratzen waren sehr hart und unbequem
• Elena (7/5): Problem beim Parken, aber geräumige Wohnung mit weiterem Verbesserungsbedarf - Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Wohnung bot genügend Platz für alle und die Raumaufteilung war wirklich gut durchdacht. Das Wohnzimmer war gut ausgestattet, besonders haben wir den großen Smart-TV geschätzt, der unsere Abende angenehmer machte. Leider war die Küchenausstattung sehr unzureichend. Am meisten enttäuschte uns der kleine Kühlschrank, dessen Größe absolut nicht den Bedürfnissen einer Wohnung für 4 Personen entsprach. Außerdem fehlte eine Mikrowelle und das Geschirr war unzureichend. Ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis war eine schmutzige Pfanne und Töpfe in der Schublade. Es gibt keine Seife, kein Shampoo, keine anderen Hygieneartikel im Badezimmer – NICHTS! Die Fenster waren offensichtlich ungepflegt, da sie schmutzig und offenbar seit mehreren Monaten nicht gereinigt waren. Auch die Lage war eine große Enttäuschung, in der Umgebung gab es nichts und das Parken war problematisch, oft mussten wir lange nach einem Platz für das Auto suchen.

• Jorrit (8/5): Prima plek voor een weekje weg. - Ruim opgezet appartement, netjes en eigentijds ingericht. De bedden, maar 2 pitten om te koken.
• Sabine (10/5): - Perfect location with stores in walking distance. Safe neighborhood. Apartment was equipped with what we needed; it was light and decorated nicely. It was perfect for our family of four adults. We liked everything about the property but just as a little suggestion: a little shelf or something similar in the bathroom and bedrooms would be great for longer stays like ours. That would elevate it even more.

• Uta (9/5): Perfekt - Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und alles neu gemacht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wo alles super geklappt hat. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Kleinigkeiten fehlen noch , wie zum Beispiel ein Sieb für die Nudeln oder ein Besen. Bei der Kaffeemaschine würde ich mir (wegen der Nachhaltigkeit) einen kaffeekrug mit Filter wünschen.
