Jeferson (4/5): Má experiência. - Boa localização. Tamanhos variados de travesseiros. Bem equipado. Ao chegar no local tinha um mau cheiro que identifiquei vindo de um ralo na área da cozinha o qual tive que vedar. Sofri um incidente no condomínio o qual até hoje foi negligenciado pela administração do condomínio e a administradora da locação. Só me deram respostas vagas e que sentem muito e não apresentaram uma solução. Por esse motivo não recomendo e não ficaria lá novamente.
Joao (8/5): Ficamos bem instalados, certamente voltaríamos. - Tudo novo, conservado, organizado, vista da sacada é linda. Pouca panela e não tinha frigideira, 2 dias tivemos problemas com ar condicionado barulhento, reconhecimento fácil dava problema nos primeiros dias. Na reserva eu solicitei um espelho grande, não fui atendida e nem respondida.
Monique (2/5): - Não tem estacionamento e o flat fica em uma avenida que não pode parar o carro. Tem que estacionar muito longe e fica muito perigoso quando chega a noite. A cama é minúscula para um casal. O acesso ao prédio é muito ruim.

A parte que NÃO TE FALAM QUE ESPERA HORRORES pra fazer o Check-in, e a parte que precisa PAGAR CAUÇÃO DE R$ 500,00 reais PRA ENTRAR NO STUDIO. Essas partes são péssimas. Menos mal que devolvem o caução.
