• Ekaterina (10/5): A wonderful place to enjoy a quiet holiday by the ocean - This studio is located in the quiet Dee Why area, almost on the oceanfront. It offers ocean views. The room is comfortable and fully equipped with kitchenware and numerous appliances, including air conditioning. The studio is close to the promenade and beach, as well as numerous restaurants, a small supermarket, and a beach shop. Several bus stops are nearby, providing connections to central Sydney. I would like to especially thank the owner, Sandy, for her responsiveness and willingness to help.
• Anne (9/5): Highly recommend this property. - Good location for me. Excellent and prompt communication with the owners when required. The accommodation was very clean, neat and supplied all you would need. Very comfortable, especially the bed. I would not hesitate in recommending this stay.

• josjansen1970 (9/5): Perfect beachfront location with stunning ocean views; a cozy, well-equipped apartment ideal for two - Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach! The building has been recently renovated and looks fantastic. The apartment itself has a stunning view of the ocean and headlands. While it’s cozy, it’s a great size for two and very well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. nothing I can think of.

• Lisa (10/5): - Studio 22 at Dee Why Beach was beautiful ! Even though we had rain we so enjoyed the view and location. Was very convenient location to 4 pines Park to watch the Sea Eagles play and dinner at the Manly Club. Had a great time there and would love ti go back again !

• Marjorie (10/5): SurfRider Studio - How's the serenity - Loved the Studio, modern, clean and well appointed. Spencer was accomodating and very quick to respond. Couldn't fault it, but if I had to say something, it's that the parking spot is a little tight.
• Jessica (9/5): Fantastic location would happily stay here again - Location is fantastic, right by the beach and easy access to all the cafe's and restaurants along Dee Why Parade. It's a compact studio but comes with everything needed, from cooking supplies to bathroom amenities. Nothing comes to mind! We got unlucky with the weather but that definitely can't be helped!

Cant speak highly enough of the unit and the care taken. Every thing supplied for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend There was nothing not to like. Perfect location. Fully renovated everything provided. Awsome stay
• Denise (7/5): Stylish and very comfortable room - First class styling and amenities. A home away from home - from the coffee machine to the cheese knives. Very Sydney! I also appreciated the text messages from the owner to assist in settling in. The property will be first class once the noisy renovations are completed, and the elevator has been installed.

• Rochelle (9/5): great staycation - so close to the beach! reassuring that i could use the parking for an extra fee. key did not initially work, but hosts responded quickly and had it sorted out within 10mins place is clean, but cigarette smell bit strong but probably nothing that can be done by neighbours in their own home.
• Gretel (10/5): Loved our stay! Will recommend to others. - The property was clean and comfortable and very well-stocked. The view was amazing! The short walk to the beach, pool, supermarket, cafés and restaurants gave it a real holiday feel. Common areas are currently being renovated so lift is out of action. Consider this when booking.
• Renee (7/5): Great little place, and fantastic location and view. Bed was very comfy. Modern little studio. - Fantastic location, very clean and today. Construction going on. No lift. Vents in the bathroom smelt like cigarettes.

The shower rose needs replacing, although they advertise no parking to find out there is a car space that belongs to the unit and residents said it is never used. It is blocked. Very disappointing when hail was forecast. You have to be lucky to get a park on the street or paid parking at the beach.
• Afolau (10/5): The place to getaway from reality - The balcony looking over the side beach and it was walking distance from the restaurants and beach and shops and the people that owned the place were extremely nice They were renovating so no elevator just stairs no parking and it smelt like someone was smoking from the other floors
• Jacinta (9/5): Superb - We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The building's facilities were also a big plus. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.

I would not stay there if it did not have parking as it is very busy in that area with paid parking in the car park next door the building is still under renovation so once the lift is operational and the work and landscaping is complete it will be lovely
• Ling (8/5): Caught a cold at sleep. - Good layout. Looks good The bed is terrible - pillows, blankets, bed. Most importantly, not enough blankets - I ended up using pillows plus 3 of my clothes to cover myself to get warm. And I still end up caught a cold at sleep. That’s terrible. If not, the stay would have been perfect.

It was clean, comfortable, great location, walk to everything and we will definitely stay again! Nothing! It was all good!

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect stay - a new regular customer! - We had a great stay! The studio was clean, fresh and in a great location with everything we needed. Great options for food and coffee very close by and the IGA is sooooo convenient! Parking was a massive plus, left the car there the whole time. Amazing view, will definitely be coming back soon and often. nothing!

The studio had everything to meet my needs and much more. The bed was so comfortable, great water pressure and the Netflix a bonus! I was able to wonder just metres away to fantastic eateries, restaurants and nature walks. I will be back! I loved everything about the property.
