Guest Reviews

- Lage zentral. Billig. Kalt finster feucht desolat schmuddelig
- marek (1/5): Paskudny wyjechaliśmy z samego rana bez śniadaniamipierwszej nocy. Przyjechaliśmypoxno do Pragi i nie byłobyśszans by zm - Nic, rudera Wszystko, wystawiono zdjęcia niezgodne z rzeczywistym stanem. Jedno okno w całym apartamencie, zakratowane z widokiem na śmietniki. Stara brudna kuchnia bez odpowiedniego wyposażenia. Brak czystych naczyń, dwa stare kubki kilka talerzy przypalone dwa garnki. Stary czajnik z odpadającym wieczkiem. Łazienka w fatalnym stanie z odpadająca umywalka, kontaktami, stare postawione pod ścianą kafelki, prysznic obskurny. Szafa w pokoju dziennym zawalania starymi kołdrami i poduszkami, obdarte panele, brudne ściany, przy oknie całą ścianą z odpadającym tynkiem, to samo przy szafie. Łóżko na antresoli obskurne, brudna kuchnia …. Ogólnie wszystko na nie. To była tragedia ….
- Andrea (1/5): incómoda - nada limpieza, mantenimiento del apartamento
- Ardian (1/5): cold room, unlcean, old furtiniture. never again. - nothing evything was bad
- Alex (7/5): - Met the host. Waited for us at the property. Handover was smooth but requires coordination. Not really clean and amenities are not that clean. Fair value for money, though.

- Marie (4/5): Good location but awful facilities and very uncomfortable bed - Good location: 25 min walk to Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square, 5 mins to Train Station; 1 minute to Mini Market, Lidl, take away. Owner is responsive on messages and gives plenty of good information prior to visit. Map and Prague info in the room. Wifi good and water in shower is good pressure/temp. Bed seriously uncomfortable and made my back really bad. Neither of us slept. You can feel the hard bed underneath and roll into the middle.
Pillows all uncomfortable.
Wardrobe not usable as full of old smelly stained duvets and pillows.
Walls peeling and there’s mould too and flooring cracked or broken.
Only 1 mug in the kitchen despite booking for 2 people; I did message about this on arrival as we were desperate for a cup of tea and had bought milk and teas bags next door. He did say he’d try to drop one in over the coming days (I stayed 4 nights/5days) but no mug arrived so we couldn’t have a cup of tea at the same time which was ridiculous really!
It’s ground floor by the stairs well so you do hear people going in/out early and late.
Bin day is Friday and the upstairs apartments banged the wheelie bins down the stairs at 6am in the morning which was so loud it could’ve woken the dead.
Kitchen equipment all very old and dirty.
Just is really tired and just needs a complete overhaul.
- Inna (4/5): Not recommended - Probably location if you need close proximity to the main bus and railway stations.
Thanks to the assistant Alex who tried to sort out some issues (replaced shower hose, checked fridge which appeared not working). But the owner should address the rest (dislikes below) This place doesn't cost the price it's asked for. Would stay further from the center but in better conditions.
Pictures unmatching reality. Key claim - it's damp and somewhat moldy - hard to realize it looking at Booking.com photos.
Broken shower hose (fixed), non-working fridge, unsafe sockets in the kitchen area. One (!) tea cup only.
Battered bedding (pillows, duvets, bed linen) - replacement required.
- Roberta (1/5): - really dirty and messy room...
the shower head was broken and came off.
They said that someone would come to replace it, but no one came
- Arthur (7/5): - Location and ammenities. Pillows not comfortable.
- Javier (10/5): - Las camas, que eran muy cómodas, y la ubicación del alojamiento. Además el anfitrión, muy amable, nos indicó muchos tips para que tuviéramos una experiencia lo más completa posible. -

- ash (3/5): Great location, not so great room - Great location
Host was very very lovely and welcoming
Near train station and not far from city centre
Washing machine Dirty, felt like sheets needed washing, wall peeling and generally very run down and in need of some major work with holes in the walls and ceiling.

- Zoran (10/5): Exceptional - I never saw such well equipped apartment on Booking site.
My flight was early morning so owners offer me to open apartment much earlier than check in time.
Excellent communication, fast and on time.
Excellent value for money.
This is my future option for stay in Prague.
- Daniel (6/5): Good location, dirty kitchen - Great location and good value for money All the kitchen utensils were dirty...
- Spades (3/5): Poor -
- Ioanna (3/5): Do not recommend! - It was warm and had warm water and the location is very good. It had toilet paper that would be enough for many days but I don't know if it was them or the previous people staying that left it. There are 3-4 mini markets and 2 supermarkets on the same road. There is a tram and a metro station nearby. It was very dirty, like no one cleaned before us. The apartment was full of moisture, the toilet, the room. The bed was uncomfortable, and it was on the ground floor, which was a bit scary. There were dirty stuff behind the wardrobe that were disgusting. You are not able to use the kitchen AT ALL as everything was dirty and rusty. All the machines provided were rusty and a lot of years old. The sheets and pillows smelled like dust. I suppose they were dusty, and I couldn't stop sneezing because of it.
- Şafak (2/5): The bed, room heating was ok but host was not responsible - Heater Host was late and we even couldn’t focus our trip and he was late and he said “its our rules” it was the worse experience which I had in my life I dont recommend because of cheap something please give a bit more and find much better host and places
- Alena (5/5): Passable - Everything needed for a short stay was there :) the photos do not correspond to reality. a wall is peeling off in the main room. The shower looks very
unhygienic, as does the washing machine and the floor.
- Ogijewicz (10/5): The host and everyone involved were externally nice and helpful 10/10 - Great location and good value for money Property is not perfect but you can’t complain for the price
- Egle (8/5): Very good -
- Marc (9/5): Superb - I am particularly thankful to the person who waited long hours for me as my plane was delayed. That was so kind and professional.
- Simon (7/5): Good - Location and price
- Simon (7/5): Good - Location and price. The wait to check in. Arranged months in advance for 2 PM - couldn't get in until about 5:30 PM!
- Aderemi (4/5): Great location - The location was excellent, near bars, restaurants and tram line Very old and rundown, just needs a good refurbishment. Walls need replastering as you get an instant smell of brick work dust all the time. Not good for me as I have asthma. The shower constantly over flowing and not a hood shower head. Rusty oven just needs to go in the bin. Kitchen area not easy to use as plates don’t even fit in the sink?
- Kobus (3/5): The flat was gross, but location very good. - Breakfast not included.
Location very good.
Videos the host sent before Shower head fell off while showering.
Kitchen - crockery were not clean, only 1 cup
Condition not as on pictures
Matresses terrible quality. Linen poor quality, insufficient...one bed without sheet.
Window look out on very dirty court yard with overflowing and smelly rubbish bins.
Kettle didn't work properly.
Peeling wall, bad dampness.
Couldn't use washing machine...no instructions.
Torn mesh in front of window.
- Sandsch1 (10/5): Good place for a cheap stay - It was a great apartment, near everything you'd need, great for a stay. It was a bit of an old mattress, so it wasn't too comfy
- Art’om (6/5): For this price is fine, but housekeeping weren’t there before our arrival - Really near city center, so u can walk anywhere you want without using public transport This flat was very dirty, on second bed was some hairs 😟, room lights wasn’t work good, flat looking absolutely different between what you see on a booking accommodation
- Oncioiu (7/5): Good -
- Saafi (7/5): Good -
- Ayoub (3/5): Very disappointing experience. It felt dirty - Availability of the staff. Location close to the University. Old room with old equipment. The sheets felt dirty, not comfortable as well as the pillows. The bathroom also felt dirty.
- Małgorzata (5/5): Not very clean - The apartament is very close to the center of Prague. The contact with the host was very good, he sent a lot of useful advises prior to our visit. The apartment is located in a very old building, you can smell a musty smell. The place was not very clean when we arrevied. There was mold under the shower. Floor is very demaged. Both beds are uncomortable due to used matresses. The paint was peeling off the wall due to the moisture. The place definitely needs a renovation.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Jazmin (10/5): Perfect location with a very friendly host, would recommend anytime! :) - The host was very very nice, he met me right at the property, providing me the opportunity to collect the keys one hour before the original check in time. He also answered all of my questions about Prague. The place is pretty awesome, perfect location near tram stops, shops and restaurants, still quiet. The host also provided a book of recommendations for tourists. The place had everything that you would need even for a longer stay, fully equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, etc. I would happily recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay at alone or even with a small group of friends or family.
