It was conveniently located near the Underground and bus stops, making it a great choice for families or groups of friends looking to visit London. One issue was that we couldn't lock the door from the outside when leaving the apartment.

• Yangyi (5/5): - Good location Facilities are old. Some items not working well. Bed is cracking, pigeon shit all over the balcony, got woken up by pigeons fighting in the morning. Hair dryer couldn’t be plugged in. WiFi connection keeps going down. Not a pleasant experience overall tbh
• Zainullah (10/5): Value for money, a good and comfortable stay. - Apartment was clean and neat. No internet, No WiFi network name or passwords. The property owner couldn’t provide the correct details. Placing a written WiFi network and password details in a visible location would help future customers. Beds need to be improved. Pillows slip out from openings in the bed head board. No instructions available for room heaters. We couldn’t turn ON the room heaters. Clear instructions with pictures would help future customers.
• MARIA (8/5): Αρκετά καλό - Πολύ γρήγορη ανταπόκριση του προσωπικού σε ο,τι ερώτηση είχαμε και σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Άνετος χώρος, μεγάλος, 2 διπλά κρεβάτια, ένα κρεβάτι καναπές και ένας καναπές. Άβολο κρεβάτι, πολύ λεπτά μαξιλάρια, σχεδόν ανύπαρκτα. Από ένα σημείο στο δωμάτιο μπαίνει πολύ ήλιος από πολύ νωρίς και ακούγονται τα περιστέρια που κάθονται στο περβάζι.

• Sara (3/5): A fuir ! - La taille de l’appartement Immeuble version HLM, cité de banlieue. Photos prometteuses mais appartement défraîchi. Literie, couettes et oreillers pas confortables. Absence de rideaux occultants complets . Clou du spectacle : la terrasse présentée comme toute jolie sur les photos est en réalité un repère à pigeons extrêmement sale avec en plus les nuisances sonores qui vont avec! Le titre « canal view » est fait pour attirer ! Ne vaut pas son prix !

• Mike (8/5): Clean and comfortable and great value. - On approach it felt a bit rough but once inside it was excellent. Very comfy and clean. Close to Marylebone Station for access to all areas of London. It felt a bit edgy in the neighborhood but the flat was excellent.
• STEVEN (9/5): Lovely apartment with a very homely feel, good location and excellent value for money - Location very central, walking distance to 2 tube stations and close to bus routes. The apartment was very well equipped, spacious, and felt very homely. The price we paid was an absolute bargain The shower could have been more powerful
• linda (8/5): Very good will book again - Close to the train station And was able to drop off luggage early as cleaner was there very helpful as to explore London!! Door handles need locking at for bedrooms as don’t close properly

• Josh (8/5): Good experience, good communication with landlord. - Nicely decorated apart from wear and tear, nice property (when you were inside) the actual area is a little questionable however- not that bad to never stay again! Location.
• Ana Isabel (10/5): Relación calidad precio correcta - Muy grande y equipado con lo necesario. El hoster atento en todo momento a través del chat. Las palomas se alojan en el balcón y hacen ruido desde muy pronto y no dejan dormir. Se pueden mejorar los colchones

Overall a very decent stay for the price with bus stop nearby Had issues with the wifi, though got it resolved through the host but took a good time of ours. Have to walk a bit for the tube but the bus stop was nearby.

• Clara (9/5): Gran opción para una familia en Londres - Muy amplio y cómodo para 4 personas, nosotros éramos 6 (2 en sofá cama) y estuvimos bastante cómodos. Apartamento totalmente equipado, cocina muy completa. La ubicación es buena, cerca de varias paradas de autobús, la zona es tranquila con ambiente local. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fácil. El apartamento consta de un solo baño, que para varias personas se puede hacer poco. Nosotros nos arreglamos sin problema.
• Dan (10/5): Ticked all the boxes and then some, a wonderful place to rest and recoup - What wasn’t there to like! It was private, and spacious. It was clean and tidy with all of the household appliances you would expect maintained well and in working order. It has character and pleasant views of the surrounding area. One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in this part of London Truly I can say there was nothing I didn’t like

• Hannah (1/5): - This is in a very rough area of London and is a council owned property - there were gangs outside the property - we unfortunately did not end up staying the night and stayed somewhere else - would not recommend
• Jo (7/5): Good value / spacious for what you pay - but you get what you pay for.. e.g. basic beds / bedding / not desi - very close to marylebone - spacious one of the beds was quite uncomfortable/ felt a bit precarious with very thin pillows. but for the money you can’t complain

• Francesca (7/5): - Grandezza ed indipendenza dell appartamento Abbiamo trovato il bagno con lo scarico intasato e il primo giorno non abbiamo potuto lavarci . Il wifi di non funzionava abbiamo contattato la struttura che ha risolto il problema scarico in 1 giorno per il wifi ci sono voluti 2 giorni
• Yasamin (1/5): Very disappointing!! - The appartement was had enough of space. We had so many things go wrong with this appartment, it's almost difficult to tell it all. The host was very informative at first, UNTIL there was a problem, he then barely responded back and lacked serious communication. When we showered on our first day, we noticed the shower drain was clogged, the whole bathroom flooded and the next door neighbour on number 44 came to our door very aggressively, screaming water was coming through his walls. He then proceeded to ask us "Didn't they tell you to not use the shower?". Which gave me the feeling the owner knew about this problem and just didn't inform us. We then contacted the owner and hours later he finally responded, after we called Booking.com too and they notified him. He said he was going to send someone as soon as possible and would report back to us. In the whole 3 days we were there, we couldnt shower and nobody came and we didn't get any updates from the host (besides the question if we already checked out on the last day!). Besides the shower problem, the balcony was disgusting, covered in pigeon poop, they also woke us up every morning with their sounds. Beside the bird noise, there were very loud construction works going on at the appartement next to us on number 46, when we left to go in to the city, we saw the entire area/frontdoor covered with warning plastic that said "do not enter, asbestos work" and men in white suits going in. We were quite shocked this was taking place next to us! The owner should have never rented the appartement while these constructions works were taking place. And our last point, although less extreme than the other ones, on Booking.com it states there is a luggage storage. After completing the booking, I got informed that our luggage couldn't stay after checking out (which was at 10 in the morning) on the last day, this was very inconvenient as I booked this, thinking I could leave them until we had to catch our train.

• Sorina (5/5): Zero communication from the staff - quite unpleasant - - close to Baker street, quite central location - it was clean - price was ok We did not have a pleasant stay because the staff did not communicate with us when we had issues. I would not recommend this place. - Check in was at 15h but there was no key in the key box for self check-in. We called the phone number provided on the booking and no one answered. They also did not answer our messages. Eventually, after waiting outside for quite some time without hearing from the staff, it seemed that the cleaning lady was still inside, she just gave us the keys in a quite rude manner and left. - Just upon arrival, one of us showered and it turned out that shower was broken, the water was not draining. We messaged the property about this - no answer. We then called the number on the booking again - it seemed they blocked my number. We called from the phone of another one in the group - no answer. We fixed the shower ourselves eventually after several tries and products that we had to buy ourselves. - In the same night there was a problem with the building door, it would not open with the chip key anymore. Before learning it was a general problem for the whole building, we thought our key was the problem (btw there was 1 set of keys for 5 people). We were stuck outside the building for a long while until we figured to call the neighbors and ask them to open the door for us. Tried to contact again the property staff to let them know about this by message and by calling - no answer. After all this they eventually replied that they would send someone to fix the shower and find out more about the key issue. That was all - they just sent that message, but then did nothing and never answered a message or a phone call again until we checked out. We understood they would not do anything, so as I said before we fixed the shower ourselves and we talked ourselves with the building administration about the key issue. Not a very pleasant thing to do on vacation.

• Adair (10/5): Really enjoyed and appreciated staying here as it had excellent amenity, good location and was comfortable to relax at - Very good location - easy, close access to tube and buses, and nearby shops. Really good to be so close to Regents Park. Very comfortable apartment with a good-sized living room and kitchen. Pigeons on the balcony were a bit noisy at times!
• Ferhat (10/5): Nice pick - Easy to access by metrolines, a clean cosy accommodation The gates of the shortcut walk through the nearby park are closed by 10pm. Get the longer walk after this time.

• Kirby (9/5): Superb - The apartment itself is lovely. Very spacious, lots of natural light. The TV in the living room is absolutely massive! Whilst it didn't bother me (I'm hard of hearing and will sleep through anything) my friend did say the pigeon noise bothered and affected her. The balcony is currently unusable because of this. Area can feel a bit dodgy at night.
• Heather (7/5): Clean & Spacious but Disappointing Location - Clean and spacious but very awkward to find or get out of . It’s on an estate with difficult access to get onto canal path. Not particularly nice surroundings . The accommodation once inside is nice enough but basic . No bedside lights ,no proper curtains in lounge & had to forage in cupboards for bedlinen for sofa bed . Balcony not very inviting. Well equipped kitchen . No local eateries or shops .

• Elina (10/5): Enjoyed the canal view and well-equipped kitchen - Quiet surroundings with canal view from the living room. Clean, well maintained with a lot of storage space There were internet cables near the staircase that could have been secured better to prevent tripping. I taped it to the floor to prevent this.
