• FLORIN (9/5): - Mâncarea a fost bună, chiar foarte bună. Camera a fost mare, spatioasă, peste asteptări. Curățenia a fost , de asemenea, ireprosabilă. După părerea mea meniul ar mai putea fi imbunătătit la capitolul dulciuri/desert, întrucât majoritatea aveau un gust artificial. Ar fi fost bine dacă ar fi existat mai multe piscine, macar încă una. Cea existentă era destul de mică , cu apa relativ rece.

• Denisa Maria Andrei (6/5): It is certainly not worthy of a 5-star classification - It's a new, modern-style hotel I agree with the previous reviews stating that nothing qualifies this hotel for 5 stars - you can see below my observations from last weekend: - We had full board but we didn’t receive wristbands. There was no explanation, we were just told we could show the cardholder which had a full board stamp on it. Besides the fact that it’s not practical to carry that piece of carboard around, everyone looked at us suspiciously, asking why we didn’t have wristbands. We felt like intruders wherever we went… - The beach is shared with other hotels and the sunbed area where we stopped left much to be desired: slightly neglected, with very worn and rusty wooden umbrellas and tables - The food is tasty, but nothing extraordinary (for example, one morning the only vegetable available was tomatoes) - I understand the limitations of their drinks menu outside of meal hours but I would have appreciated if this was clearly specified beforehand: we didn’t expect that even water wouldn’t be included. At one point I asked for details and the receptionist seemed genuinely shocked that I was asking for still water that wasn't extra charge - I don’t know why I’m leaving this for last, because it’s probably the most important aspect: only SURFACE CLEANING. I dropped a piece of jewelry and had to look for it under the bed and sofa. I’ll show below what I found there… it’s impossible that they couldn’t vacuum these areas properly, especially since the furniture isn’t that heavy. But if it’s not visible at first glance, it was probably considered unimportant...

• Simona Gheorghițoiu (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay. I mainly was looking for the clean and comfortable rooms - The location of the hotel is approx 400 m from the beach, that was not a reason of discomfort. The food was very good, plenty of choices for all the 3 meals. I didn't like the fact that they sent me to park 500 m down the road, in an improper parking, having to pay an extra 60 euros for it. I didn't like the fact that the hotel swimming pool was cold ( only heated by the sun in the short hours of morning). If we wanted a better swimming pool, we would have to cross a corridor on the 3rd floor to a different hotel. That we never used. I didn't like the glass shower and toilet, I am a bit of a privat person and don't appreciate that kind of arrangements. I didn't like the fact that , once you finish the 3 coffees in the room, you can only get extra if you paid for it ( that is not 5 stars hotel practice ..)

• Catalin (8/5): Mai sunt multe aspecte de îmbunătățit, nu este de 5 stele - Camera ok, parcarea ok la umbra - 25 bgn / zi , nu a fost aglomerat, personalul de la receptie a fost amabil in special domnul mai in varsta care era bine pregatit si si-a dat tot interesul sa fie totul bine. Acces la plaja privata , șezlonguri gratuite. Nu este in nici un caz un hotel de 5 stele. Poate de 4 stele dar nu 5. Sunt probleme mari cu personalul de la curatenie si mentenanta. Nu sunt competenti si se prefac ca nu pricep daca incerci sa le vorbești. Am avut un incident intr-o după amiaza cand un domn de la mentenanță a intrat peste noi in camera fara sa ciocane la usa, la fel si doamna de la curatenie. Au folosit cardul de acces si au intrat pur si simplu in camera in timp ce eu eram in fundul gol 🤬. Am raportat bine înțeles problema la receptie si am fost recompensati cu o sticla de vin si un platou de fructe din partea casei pentru a trece peste moment. Micul dejun a fost acelasi in fiecare zi. Pranz si cina au fost mai diversificate. Foarte slab la capitolul desert, in rest a fost acceptabil. Nu a fost nici un bucătar despre care se vorbește in comentarii, am avut access doar la mancarea pusa la dispoziție pe bufet. Nu este deloc ok ca intre mese nu poti sa primesti macar o apa fara sa o platesti. Am fost la hoteluri de 4 stele din Nisipurile de Aur mult mai bine pregatite cand discutam despre all inclusive.

• Georgiana (7/5): Hotelul nu ofera in niciun caz facilitățile unei locatii de 5 stele, doar 4 stele, cu indulgență! - Personal foarte amabil, curatenie ok. Nu am primit prosoape de piscina, iar apa din piscina era rece, desi ni s-a spus la receptie ca avem acces la piscina incalzita. Foarte mulți țânțari! Doar anumite camere au acces la plaja privata, iar acest lucru nu este menționat nicaieri in prezentarile locatiei. Mancare destul de putin diversificata, ingrediente de calitate slaba.

• Hrenovici (10/5): - O experiență tare frumoasa! Curatenia si mancarea la superlativ, iar facilitatile exact asa cum ne-am asteptat. Se face curatenie zilnic in camera, se schimba prosoapele la 2-3 zile, mancarea diversificata si super gustoasa!! Personalul tare amabil si dragut. Am avut si parcare disponibila cu 30 leva pe noapte. Plaja privata la 10 minute de hotel de mers pe jos, apa curata si locul linistit. A fost un sejur absolut minunat!! Merita cele 5 stele!!

• Feighel (10/5): Merita sa rezervați. - Sejurul a fost ok , dimineața putea-i lua de la recepție cartela pt. șezlong ( într-adevăr sunt locuri limitate ), distanta pana la plaja este intre 7-10 min. depinde pe ce traseu mergi . Servirea la restaurant și mâncare de nota 10 , sucuri / cafea este nelimitat iar băutură alcoolica era vin și bere iar cine dorea alte sortimente se taxează. Curățenia în camera se face zilnic , aveai prosoape / gel de dus si sapun lichid . Aerul conditionat a functionat conform așteptărilor. Hotelul a fost recent renovat . Pt. noi a fost un sejur ok. În camera se pune cafea ( capsule ) si 1 sticla de apa doar în prima zi în rest dacă doreai completare anunțai la recepție și completau zilnic dar conta- cost .
• Orlando Rosu (8/5): Nice Hotel, Good FOOD, Friendly Staff, Pleasant Vacation - First of all we want to thank the staff for making our trip pleasant and to feel comfortable in your hotel. PRO : 1. Front Desk Officer was a very polite lady and whiling to help us with all information we needed. She helped us with beach transfer for all of the days we stayed in the hotel and we are very thankful for that. In the last day, she helped us to keep the car into the underground parking for few hours while we enjoyed the beach before departure. 2. FOOD : Very good food, tasty and various every day. Fresh fruits. Fresh Coffee. Fresh Juices. Child friendly food as well. We have a 3 years old child and we didn't have problems during our stay. 3. ROOM : very Spacious, and clean . Also, with a very large terrace having a half view to the seaside ( Room 225 ). Housekeeping did a wonderful job: changing bedsheets every day, clean towels, everything was perfect. 4. Location: Easy to find, located in the Center, close by to everything (supermarkets, shops, restaurants and so on ) 5. TIPs and suggestions : a. Even if you have a full board premium for food, would be nice if you will include also Open Bar in your offer because only 2 beers, or 2 glasses of wine or 2 glasses of juice / person is not enough. b. Try to keep and promote the Sky Bar a little bit more ( especially if you offer Open Bar service ) because we wanted to go in one of the nights and was closed. Is shame that you have such wonderful view from top of the hotel and not to use it. 1. Parking - in full season ( even in the end of August like we've been there ) the underground parking is full. There are few available places and mostly i think are booked for the guests with superior rooms, sky rooms, etc. You will find a parking lot just few minutes far away from the hotel ( 25 BGN per night ) but they are renting you from 3 nights and above. I wanted to pay for only one night in order to see if some space will become available next day but i had to pay for all 4 nights and keep the car in that spot. 2. Private beach- Poseidon Hotel shares the private beach with HVD Hotels and gives you also the shuttle from the hotel to the beach. The problem is that, when you reach the beach there are no indicators to Poseidon Beach. They have security guards passing between the sunbeds, and they are coming to check your bracelet and because you have Poseidon one, they will ask you to move to the designated area for Poseidon, which is kind of far away from the entrance ( especially if you have a child) and you carry trolly and other stuff for the beach. I don't know if Poseidon has also beach bar because we never stay in the designated area for Poseidon. Keep in your mind that you have to carry (water, juice, beers, etc ). I think this is the biggest MINUS of this hotel and the most important. Maybe in the future you can make a package for drinks which can be used also into the HVD beach bar and also in the hotel. Another Minus of the private beach is that if you have Deluxe ROOM and not SUPERIOR or SKY ROOM, you're not allowed to the private beach in HVD. They have some vouchers, which can be found into the reception but you have to book them every morning and return back after you come from the beach. Be aware that they are limited and not returning them will cost you 20 EUR. In my opinion, all kind of rooms has to have full access to the private beach. 3. Despite of all these little inconveniences, i would like to come back next year.

Housekeeping was provided daily, keeping everything spotless. The food was tasty and varied, with wine, beer, coffee, and soft drinks included during meals, while other alcoholic drinks were available for an extra charge. The private beach can be reached by a mini train, and free acces is arranged with cards collected from reception in the morning. We parked in the hotel lot for a fee and had no issues at all. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing vacation!

Doskonałe masaże, duż sauna fińska. Niejasna polityka dostępu do plaży prywatnej (ale to wina Booking.com - nie ma informacji że w pokojach Deluxe tego dostępu nie ma), ale Hotel zachował się bardzo miło w tej sytuacji (cała rodzina miała ostatecznie dostęp do plaży niezależnie od pokoju)

• Simona (6/5): Nu este un 5 stele! - Mancarea foarte gustoasă. Personalul nu face nimic în caz ca ai nevoie de ei. Am rezervat 4 camere, am ajuns undeva la 17.00 deci camerele trebuiau să fie gata. Una dintre camere nu se deschidea, când au deschis o nu era făcut curat și a trebuit să așteptăm pe motiv ca ei sunt full deși nu era așa. Curățenie nu se face decât când își aduc aminte, lenjerie neschimbată timp de o săptămână, s-a întâmplat să treacă prin cameră și după 3 zile deși am pus pe ușă ca este nevoie de curățenie și schimbat prosoape. În a doua zi mi au lăsat ușa deschisă, așa am găsit o când am ajuns la prânz, groaznic pentru ca aveam obiecte de valoare.
• Elena (10/5): Fantastic place, excellent staff. - Quality furniture, classy colors Pool was in the shade most of the day, the roof bar had a technical problem and was closed one of the evenings. Water was only complimentary on the day of arrival - this is ridiculous.

• Marian Cătălin (7/5): - Hotelul este nou construit, camerele moderne și spațioase , curățenie excepțională in fiecare zi se schimbă prosoapele și halatele. Angajații de la recepție in special domnul Kolyo Kazalov un om extraordinar, s a ocupat personal să avem loc de parcare la subteran, locurile fiind limitate . Hotelul se afla la 10 minute de mers pe jos, până la plaja proprie in zona Riviera. Accesul se poate face și cu microbuz pus la dispoziția turiștilor de către hotel din oră in oră. Check-In nu s-a făcut la ora stabilită 15.00 deoarece nu era gata camera și ne au dat cameră la ora 17.30 nefiind o comunicare bună între personalul de la recepție și cei de la curățenie, ceea ce nu mi se pare ok fiind foarte multe persoane în situația noastră iar unii au găsit camere la primire fără a fi făcută curățenie. - Piscina, care se află pe tot timpul zilei la umbră apa fiind rece cât și lipsa unui bar la piscină. Cei care doresc pot merge la piscina hotelului Apollo fiind situat chiar lângă hotelul Poseidon, având parteneriat cu aceasta dar de o calitate foarte slabă, ceia ce nu mi se pare firesc să vii la un hotel de 5 stele și să faci baie la piscina altui hotel, cât și lipsa unui jacuzzi sau a unei piscine interioare pentru a compensa minusul de la piscina exterioară. Deși am avut bilet All Inclusive barul de lângă recepție este contra cost, de aici iar un minus. -Mâncarea este diversificată dar nu foarte gustoasă ,,gen cantină de spital". - Lipsa un program de activități pentru oaspeți seara. - La plaja nu se dau prosoape, trebuie să mergi cu cele din cameră sau să aduci de acasă, ceea ce nu este ok fiind hotel de 5 stele .
• Viviana (7/5): - The food was good. On some days it was better, on others it wasn’t cooked as well. The breakfast was generous, as were all the meals. The facilities, especially the spa, were very good. That’s about it. I didn’t like the fact that the staff wasn’t very friendly. At the reception, when we arrived, they didn’t ask us if we wanted a double bed, and we ended up with twin beds in the room even though I was with my partner. Overall, the hotel management wasn’t very well organized. I also didn’t like that we didn’t have parking at the hotel, and the parking they recommended was quite expensive, although later I noticed there were other, cheaper parking areas available. The pool is in a shaded area with cold water, which doesn’t really invite you to get in.

The food was okay, but not on a 5-star level To start with, check-in was supposed to begin at 15:00, but our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait an extra hour to get the key, while others in our group received their rooms on time. Honestly, between 11:00 and 15:00 there should be more than enough time to clean. 😀 The paid parking was also disappointing — it wasn’t even at the hotel but a 7–8 minute walk away, which definitely isn’t worth the price. On top of that, the receptionist couldn’t answer simple questions such as how many pools are available at the property. At the bar, they couldn’t even make a frappe, which is very common in Bulgaria and shouldn’t be an issue for a hotel that claims to be luxury.

• Aneliya Petrunova (7/5): Не оправдава напълно очакванията - Храната беше по-добре, отколкото на много места. А обзавеждането на хотела е ново и луксозно. Персоналът е учтив и си върши добре работата. Леглата са меко казано неудобни, възглавниците са ужасни, да не говорим, че явно са пълни с пух, а майка ми се оказа алергична. Решението за банята също е непрактично според мен, прекалено тънки стени, всичко се чува. По отношение на храната, и тук използват отново неизядените количества, което си личи и говори лошо за хотела. Но най-големият недостатък е отдалечеността от плажа и фактът, че малкото плажче, което се ползва, се оказва недостатъчно, ако са заети повече от 30 стаи в хотела, а той е голям. Трябва да отидеш за карта за плажа към 6,30 ч. сутрин, много бързо се изчерпват. А в крайна сметка туристите са отишли в този хотел, за да ходят на плаж, затова мисля, че трябва да се търси по-добро решение. Освен това бих препоръчала да се сложат диспенсери за минерална вода в лобито, на басейна и на други места, които туристите посещават.
• EG (8/5): Overall a good experience with some small issues. Would recommend and visit again. - (1) The personnel were very polite. positive, helpful and could speak Bulgarian. (2) The room was spacious, well arranged, with sound proofing and cooling system. (3) Housekeeping - daily visits, regular change of towels. The common parts were clean as well. (4) The food was sufficient in quantity, fresh and mostly ok in diversity. However, it was a bit lacking in quality e.g. the desserts, the tomatoes, the pancakes etc. What was good were most of the meats and the side dishes for them. (5) Pool - the water was too cold and there was sun over it only in the first half of the day (i.e. it is not very usable in its current state). (6) Beach access - superior rooms can get a free beach access card (and I believe non-superiors can pay for it). However, the cards are limited and there is a risk that you may not be able to get one in the busy periods. A mini bus takes people to and from the private beach each hour from 9am-5pm. If not using the bus, the walking distance is a bit far. Recommendations: give a map to the guests on where Poseidon's spot and other locations on the beach are as many people cannot find it initially, arrange/explain how to access the private beach when there are no cards available e.g. is it possible to pay directly at the entrance and use the mini bus? (7) Beach quality - the Riviera beach, where Poseidon's spot is located, is good not too crowded, sandy and shallow for quite a few meters in. There is a bar at 1 min walking distance where there is also a wc. However, the housekeeping of the beach is way below average - no daily cleaning of the beach (in the morning, there are cigarettes and other rubbish in the sand, sunbeds are as people have left them the previous day with sand etc.), tables - some old and leaning to the side, sunbeds - fast drying, but very uncomfortable and no option to rent a soft topper to mitigate that. See above. Overall. improving the beach experience plus the pool (5,6 and 7 above) will be very beneficial as this is what most of us come for and this is where we will spend much of our time when we visit.
• Alisa (8/5): A good 4*+ hotel - The hotel is brand new. The room on the top (9th) floor was just great. Nice sea view although with several buildings in between. Staff is quite helpful and welcoming. Pool was ok, however visited it only once - the first day. The location was just perfect, a bit on the outskirts of the busy and noisy area! Hotel clean and not noisy. Food was fresh maybe a bit of lack of taste (but I’m not a foody). We were mostly having breakfast and lunch, so cannot comment about the dinner as we usually prefer to have it outside. The gym was opened only from 8am, and sometimes security guard was forgetting to open it, so keep in mind if you have a schedule. No towels (bring your own) and water only from a cooler however the paper glasses were not always in place - also better come with your own bottle. The machines were quite new but not numerous, lack of cardio equipment. There is a spa in the hotel that we did not find an occasion to visit. Restaurant staff was not very quick to clean your table from used dishes so sometimes you had to stay with a lots of dirty dishes on your table till the end of the meal.

• Greta (6/5): Wij zijn teleurgesteld, het enige goede was het eten - Eten was heerlijk, hotel en kamer was ook goed als gebowld, modern en mooi Allereerst verdient het hotel als geheel 3-4 sterren, maar geen 5. Er is geen binnenzwembad en de buitenbaden zijn walgelijk. Ik heb ze geen enkele keer gebruikt. Het strand staat aangegeven op 350 meter van het hotel, maar in werkelijkheid is het meer dan een kilometer verderop. Ik heb een plattegrond nodig, maar die is niet voldoende. Er zijn maar 30 meter voor het hele hotel en als je dat niet doet, kun je de ligstoelen daar niet gebruiken. Er is geen bar op het strand. Er zijn geen strandlakens. De presentatie voor Premium-vervaldagen heeft er niets mee te maken. Er is geen enkele bloem in het hotel, geen enkele vaas ter decoratie. De bar buiten heeft zelfs geen parasols, het enige mooie is het meubilair. De schoonmaak van de kamer heeft niets te maken met een 5-sterrenhotel. Het terras was niet schoongemaakt toen we aankwamen en bleef dat de hele vakantie.

• Спас (7/5): Почивка на море - Хранат беше на ниво, стаите бяха чисти и персоналът беше любезен, особено в ресторнта. Леглата бяха твърдички и възглавниците бяха леко неудобно за спане. Уж удобството да сме в стая супириър предимство да имаме достъп до частния плаж го използвахме само един ден, на следващите дни никога нямаше свободна карта за да го посетим.Уж е само за специални стаи така ни обясниха а всъщност явно си е за целия хотел и това като цяло въобще не беше предимство както го изтъкнаха в началото. Като цяло и на рецепцията бяха на моменти малко неорентирани и не ни обясниха всичко което трябва да знаем , и се налагаше за всяко нещо да се допитваме и подсещаме за да ни кажат.На тръгване дори забравиха гривните да ни свалят, не че е проблем това но реално можеше да се мотаме някъде и да се върнем да си хапваме и ползваме услугите без да сме заплатили и може да има хора които да се възползват от това. Имаше един ден в който почистването на стаите ставаше в неудобен момент , вместо да се почистват когато хората са закусили и на плаж , почистването ставаше между 14:00 и 16:00 точно когато си се прибрал от плаж и си обядвал и легнал да починеш, което за мен е малко неудобно и единият ден отказахме почистване именно поради тази причина.Хотела не е лош но не отговаря на 5 звезди, може би 4 да е максимум

• Martin (9/5): Skog- utsikt - Sentral beliggenhet. God mat og vin. Kjappe heiser. Hyggelig personale. Utsikten fra balkongen var triste greier. Vi ble forespeilet havutsikt. Utsikten var rett inn i et stort tre, og det var det eneste vi fikk se. Rom 517. Vil anbefale hotellet å få saget ned dette, samt noen til så fort som mulig! Rom på motsatt side av bygningen er å anbefale!

Am avut un sejur excelent la ei, camera mare, cu vedere la mare si balcon, impecabila. Daca ar fi sa revin acolo in statiune absolut la ei ma cazez. Mancarea ar putea fi mai diversificata si mai gustoasa

• Madi POURGHODS (8/5): - Mâncare bună , pat confortabil , camera curata , La hotel 5 stele nu e normal sa nu beneficiezi de parcare . Am primit indicația de a parca la 250 de metri distanta , intr-o parcare neamenajata, plina de praf si balarii, ucontra 25 leva pe zi !
• Mihaela (4/5): Nu recomand - Piscina murdara si neingrijita, marginile piscinei sunt verzi. Mancare slab diversificata, bauturile extrem de scumpe, un cocktail 60 de lei. In plus, trebuie sa aveti mai multa grija pentru lucrurile pe care le lasati in camera.

• Maria Georgiana (7/5): Monotonie - Este un hotel nou și foarte modern Plaja hotelului foarte mică, ofertă full board nu include plajă privată decât pentru camerele superioare, piscina hotelului se închide la ora 6, piscina hotelului Apolo nu servește băuturi nici contra cost celor de la hotel Poseidon, băuturile nu sunt foarte variate, mâncare se repetă la un interval de 2-3 zile, în afara orelor de servit masă băuturile de la bar sunt contra cost, apa din piscină destul de rece. Ne a luat destul de mult să ajungem la hotel pentru ca locația de pe booking nu este bună. Dacă nu prinzi loc în parcarea subterană îți parchezi mașina în "parcarea exterioară " care nu este deloc amenajată.
