Wid (9/5): - The property itself is spacious and clean, comfortably slept 7 adults, and could’ve slept an 8th adult as well. Very well upkeep with smart lights, good AC, and new kitchen appliances. The location is central, convenient for those who have work in the area, or prefer to be close to most vicinities in Riyadh. Most areas were a short drive away, usually not exceeding 30 minutes. The property is fully equipped with dining needs, has some board games, and a smart TV Bit difficult to find Ubers in the area, so reserve in advance or before you’d like to leave. I’d also suggest getting an extra blanket if you plan on using an extra bed. While one is provided, it was lighter and had a stain

Aws Ibrahim (5/5): Wasn't so pleasent! - The location was near to the event we are attending, it was clean on the first day! No reception office or some one you can talk and take immediate action! No house keeping No late checkout option No flexibility with times, its always the guest fault! No swimming pool, although its written that its there, when we asked for, it was "under maintenance"! When I booked it online, there was no indicator that this is a stand alone unit in a residential complex! we expected a house keeping, a help desk, late checkout ..... all is not there and everything you ask will be simply denied!

Anilkumar (9/5): It’s overall great and Mr. Omar was very cooperative and well organized person. - It was nice and well organized Check in & checkout timing is not fair for families and asking extra money for early check in or late check out. Need someone dedicated to clear guest doubts instead of talking to one person, we faced difficulty to get ur employee in timely manner multiple times.
