Ines (7/5): Good value for money - The room/apartment is really close to a subway station so it is easy to get around. It is in a local shopping street and at night everything closes, which turns the place a bit eerie. However, the area was safe and we did not have any issues. The room is big enough. The kitchen is quite small but we did not use it, so no complaints there. The room needs some refurbishment, the wallpaper is starting to unglue from the walls. We also saw a cockroach on the ceiling at some point, not the nicest sight.
