• Abdel Karim (8/5): Godt! - 1- Sovesofa i køkkenet kunne være lidt bedre. 2- Efter jeg tjekkede ud opdagede jeg næste dag, at jeg havde glemt et par bukser med et læderbælt og en høretelefon til en værdi af omkring 150 euro i lejligheden, som ligger på Kukush 3 i Varna. Jeg kontaktede værten (Alex) og han sendte dem til min adresse i København.

Not bad, but missing basics that create comfort. - Location, good wifi, coffee machine and washing machine, comfortable mattress Overall the appartment was not bad, but several things did not match expectations. No dishwasher, though it's was listed in the description No AC in the bedroom Hard old body towels and no towel for feet Uncomfortable pillows Tiny dryer Sofa with stains, I had to cover it with washed blanket. No sponge and liquid for washing dishes, no kitchen towels and cutting board in poor condition Agency only replied "everything is according to standards" instead of offering real solution.

• Gavrail (7/5): In general my experience was positive. - - great staff upon arrival - nice furniture (all new) - safe apartment (sensor entrance of the building) - great TV and internet - cleanness (bathroom and sheets) - if you come by car it is almost impossible to park around in the afternoon/night - the coffee machine was Tchibo brand and it is very difficult to find capsules. The ones in the apartment were decaf.
