Jessica (1/5): We only stayed one night before rebooking another hotel - Not much, the toiletries were nice It’s unkept and dirty. Our socks were black from walking around with no shoes, we came across 2 infestations, the electrical cords were in a mass on the floor with no free outlets to use, the main window was left wide open I assume to dry out the place, and the window above the door was taped up. When I texted the day prior to ask about early check in or leaving our bags in the room as they state in the ad we’re welcome to do if we ask, I heard no response, I texted two more times when we were on our way the day of and was ignored.
