• Loraine (9/5): Great place to stay in Perth - Close to Perth CBD. Kitchen and laundry facilities were a bonus especially for the long stay.
• GEOFF (8/5): - Excellent location,full kitchen, quiet and secure A$250 bond should not be charged to your account prior to arrival, but card details held in the event of damage or unsatisfactory tenantcy, which is common practice with other accommodation establishments.
• Elli (8/5): Very pleasant and ideal place to stay in Perth ! - The property was very central and I arrived here for my first few days in Perth and turned out to be very central and walking distance to everything I needed which was ideal.

• arminluer (8/5): Bien ubicado pero no nuevo - Un alojamiento muy bien ubicado, cerca de una parada del CAT y de múltiples servicios. Puede que las instalaciones requieran un poco de trabajo, pero nada grave. Recomendado.
• Paige (9/5): - Communication from host exceptional, always responded within minutes. Facilities were great for a 2 week stay. The extra condiments for cooking were a bonus and useful. Bed was very comfortable and peaceful apartment away from main city noise. Easy 10 minute walk into main centre. Handy convenience shops around the corner from apartment building. Felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Thank you Staycay Other info passed onto host, quick fixes so no need to put on review. Crack in bathtub covered by a piece of sellotape, could do with being properly sealed.

• Senger (7/5): It served its purpose for my two-night stay. - I liked the location and that the sheets were clean. The unpleasant smell when we entered, It doesn’t have any windows for ventilation. Also, the decoration seemed to me to be in poor taste.

• Ruth (7/5): Comfortable and well appointed apartment - Well appointed studio apartment with kitchenette and washing machine. Shower over deep bath. Very responsive to a maintenance issue. Red cat free bus service very close by to / from Perth station. About a 10 minute walk to Woolworths supermarket, shops and some Asian restaurants. Suggest non slip mat in bath.
• Lucy (9/5): Brilliant stay!! 100% recommend :) - Lovely place, perfect for a week’s trip to Perth as a solo traveller (though would also be great for couples!). Prime location just a short walk from the CBD, the area felt safe and easily accessible. The decor was lovely, and it felt like a home away from home. It was a bonus to have cooking facilities, and there were ample pots/pans and utensils. Washing machine and coffee machine were also much appreciated. Thank you so much :) Some confusion surrounding luggage storage - I was told prior to my stay that I could leave my bags at the office after check-out, however when I rang up on the day, was told that there was no one in the office to facilitate this.

• Johann (7/5): Good - The room was adequate to my requirements BE AWARE OF THE $131 CLEANING FEE CHARGED I booked this room through booking.com for a price of $119 per night. After I received my booking confirmation, the price was $175 per night. Nowhere on the booking.com website or stay cay website did it state any sort of cleaning fee. No refund was given for the above-mentioned fee
