Great location and hosts - The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the Colosseum and in the heart of an entertainment precinct with cafés, trattorias, bars, and more. The décor was modern and attractive, and the apartment layout was functional and well designed There are two or three flights of stairs to enter the apartment, make sure you pack lightly.

Perfectamente equipada para nosotros,familia de 5. Repetiremos y recomendaremos a nuestros amigos cuando vayan a Roma,porque merece la pena sentirte como en casa. La única “pega” que puede tener es que no tiene ascensor, pero ya se sabe que en esas zonas tan céntricas es complicado que tengan. Todo lo demás hace que compense de todas todas

Finding the place was so easy because the host greeted us personally, she was so kind and so accomodating just like this lovely place. From the amenities to the facilities, everything was so befitting for me and my family and we would definitely stay again if ever in Rome. • Hsiaoyi (10/5): A Roman holiday that felt just like home. - The host is absolutely wonderful. Even before we arrived, they had already turned on the air conditioning, so we felt comfortable the moment we walked in. The gentleman of the house even helped us carry our luggage upstairs — we’re truly grateful. As for the prepared food, fruits, and wine — they were all of excellent quality and generously provided. It’s such a pity our small appetites couldn’t finish everything. The entire house was spotlessly clean, the bathroom amenities were very practical, and the air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. Staying here truly felt like being at home, and it will be hard to say goodbye.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous apartment , location was superb and it was perfect for us as a family of 5, the children loved the loft : loads of great restaurants near by and we loved living so close to the colosseum ; it’s a very special property and hard to beat it . If you are looking for an apartment in Rome you won’t find a better apartment than this . Hosts were Brillant , responsive and had a kitchen and fridge full of water , wine , crackers , Prosecco , fruit ect for us on our late arrival and it was very welcome . Lucia was always available on the text of you needed her , and arranged a taxi back to airport for us also . Don’t hesitate ; book it ; you won’t regret it .
• Kieran (9/5): Fantastic stay at lovely apartment, great location and facilities. - Great apartment with layout suitable for our group, having 3 full size beds in 3 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very well renovated and equipped with everything needed for a holiday in Rome. Standard of cleanliness was excellent and communication and service from the owner was extremely helpful. The location of the apartment is great for a short break in Rome with an easy walk into the heart of the historic centre and very close to the colosseum and the metro station, area is lively in a good way with some great cafes, restaurants and bars. Apartment is above and to the side of a couple of lively bars which could be noisy late into the evening, not enough to bother us during our stay.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Very nice apt Was very nice restaurants all around grocery store, etc. very close to Colosseum. - Host met us at the apartment helped us up with our bags as there is no elevator 2 nd floor 60 steps up I did not realize there was no elevator prior to booking Tiring, when just running to the store or the restaurant or coming from a long day of touring. Host tad bottle of wine and lots of delicious snacks waiting for us a bowl of fruit in the refrigerator. It was very gracious. Location is very close to the Colosseum lots of restaurants, grocery, etc. very nearby Bad storm caused rain to flooding in the area and the entranceway to the building. Some water came in to the windows which we covered with towels. Nothing anybody could do about it. It's mother nature. Hiccup was well worth the stay

• Dumitru (10/5): The best option in Rome - Score 10 for this special apartment located only 300 meters from the Colosseum. Basically, I was very close to all the historical sights of Rome that I visited much more easily this way (the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Vittorio Emanuele monument, Trajan's Column, Marcus Aurelius' Column, etc. And the apartment is only 300 meters from the Colloseum metro station, being very accessible to the other metro lines. I liked that only 100 meters away there was a Carrefour Express store open non-stop, being equipped with everything we needed, so we had many advantages because we stayed in this apartment. Mrs. Lucia is a very good host, facilitating our access to the apartment a few hours before and we were very pleasantly surprised when we saw the fruit platter left on the table. We were delighted to see half of the Colosseum from our balcony, the apartment being located in a historical area, right next to a former school of gladiators founded by Domitian almost 2000 years ago. All facilities are included, heat, air conditioning, large refrigerator, stove with oven, own central heating, dishes, pots, being ideal for families with children. The space of the apartment is very generous, benefiting from 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms. All the equipment is new, and the apartment is very well maintained by the ladies who come to clean it. We would like to thank them very much for their help and if we ever come to Rome again, we would definitely stay in this apartment. 🙏🏻 We loved everything here!👏👏
