- Guest (1/5): This was genuinely the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. The host took my £300 deposit and onl - Nothing Everything
- John (8/5): Beautiful well equipped - Location was perfect all near facilities.
Very quiet
Beautiful
Everything supplied
We really relaxed The kitchen chairs the legs need looking at every time we sat down it felt like they where going to brake
- Declan Stapleton (10/5): Fabulous - Fabulous property, everything we could have wished for
- SALEEM (10/5): كانت إقامه جميله جداً - قربه من المطاعم والسوبر ماركت لاشي
- Mary (8/5): Excellent accommodation for a group. -
- Anonymous (6/5): Nice but not great. - It was in a quiet location. Car just about fit in the “drive” once we’d managed to create our own ramp up to the “drive” paving. It was close to amenities. Terrestrial TV didn’t work. The garden area was awful. The hot tap in the kitchen was brutally hot. “Living room” area was tiny for 4 people. The finish was not as high as I’d hoped given the price. Too much emphasis is placed on creating bedrooms at the expense of the living and dining room space.
Beds = Revenue though.
- Stella (9/5): Superb - the property was in a good location, great communication with provider. Lots of toiletries provided, nice outside space It was smaller than expected, would be difficult to accommodate 8 in this property. Bed linen and towels very clean but the rest of the house not fully clean. Kitchen well equipped but could do with a coffee machine.
- Emma (7/5): Good base for a short stay in Acton - Good location with an off road parking space outside the house, although this wasn't the easiest to get into as there was a fairly significant height difference between the alleyway between this house and the house next door and the hard standing in front of the house. Spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen and lounge was cramped for 5 but adequate - we didn't spend much time there. Wifi was very useful.
- Leina (4/5): Disappointing - Flat was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. One of the radiators was not working. We also sighted a mouse at some point.
Also when I first got there I was given the wrong code for the key lock, contacted the property manager via WhatsApp and she kept telling me to try again and that I was not trying to open the key lock in the right way which is absurd, I told her I'm doing it right I know how to open a key lock like common, then she sent me a YouTube video of how to open a key lock and told me to follow it which was what I was doing to start with and I told her that then she asked me to record a video of how I was trying to open the key lock which I could not do because I was on my own and didn't have enough hands to open the key lock and video record it at the same time then she kept repeating that she wanted a video before she can call the maintenance team and sent more YouTube videos of how to open the lock I stopped a stranger walking by to video record me while I was doing it sent her videos she was still not convinced I was doing it right we went backwards and forwards with this for a while then somebody came and opened the front common door to access one of the other flats then I think the property owner started talking to me through the cctv camera inside and told me to try a different code and that it was changed recently I tried the different code and finally got the key to get in the flat. This all went on for 1.5 hours of me standing outside in the sun arguing with the property manager saying you have given me the wrong code and her telling me that I don't know how to open a key lock and that nobody has ever had an issue with the key lock before and turned out in the end that it was the wrong code she had given me. I was there for my sister's wedding and we had sooooo much to do and this lady utterly wasted my time and set our whole schedule back because of her ridiculousness. Never ever again.
- Apple (3/5): do not trust the photo - dusty, not good for family and young kids
cooking set is there but all very old, you do not want to use it.
weak fan if you try to fry anything, remind its easy to alert the smoke alarm
trush bin and shower are broken
outdoor is not that relax since the view and surrounding are all scrap
parking is available at front door but its not easy to park for a 5- seat car, during our stay when we return , trash bin and recycle bins are messy at front door. Rediculas
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lewis (8/5): Very good -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Milena (1/5): terrible, I would not recommend it , it is not worth the money and it's nothing what Booking.com photos show - There was nothing to like for the cost of the property and the state of the property - the property looks nothing like the photos advertised
- the entrance hall was full of dirt carried from outside
- the walls were dirty all over and there was a bad smell in the property
- the floors and surfaces were dirty
- the carpets were full of hair balls and other dirt stains
- the beds had yellow stains
- the heating system is faulty
- the bathroom rugs were left in the washing machine in a very poor state
- the kitchen was unusable - dirt and limescale all over it
- the garden decking was full of mud and it had the surrounding fence broken - someone could get injured
- the staff helped only with the fixing of the heating, no effort was made for all other issues above
- Weng (9/5): London getaway - Cosy, feels like home The bathroom has no place to hang clothes.
- Hewa (2/5): I wouldn’t book this property in future. - Not far from tube station It wasn’t safe for a family having small children. Because under the sink in kitchen there plenty of cleaning products which were most of the hazardous. Also the boiler was located in the kitchen and the boiler door was down most of the wires was out, with small fault there can burn the entire house. In the rooms there were mirrors which were not mounted properly, any small children can harm themselves with it. Above the property there was another floor and any time people from upstairs went out they slammed the door and when they came back put their key in the mine door sounds was like in your room.
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- Sykes (8/5): Gre - Three bedrooms and two bathrooms meant 4 friends could comfortably share. Modern decor. Good location for getting to Shepherd’s Bush. Outside spaces were untidy
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay at "Gorgeous 3-bedroom in London". Great size, super stylish, clean and equipped. Brilliant communication throughout our stay. Location was super quiet after a busy day sightseeing and having parking was a bonus. 100% recommend. Everything was excellent.
- Paul (9/5): Fantastic stay and would recommend to any one, perfect for people visiting Wimberly and surrounding - Clean and tidy and was exactly as expected, perfect for people visiting Wembley and the surrounding area's.
Self contained everything you need for a pleasant stay! would definitely book again. TV reception was a bit poor and limited channel selection
