• Kimberly (10/5): Excellent property in an exceptional location. - The flat was beautiful and the location was exceptionally convenient to the coach, tube, and train stations, as well as several restaurants. We particularly liked the balcony. We were fortunate enough to meet the property owner when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the fact that she let us drop off our luggage early in light of our flight’s arrival time.
• Jane (10/5): - The location was perfect! We walked to Chelsea, Westminster Abbey, the National Gallery of Art and the flower show! The kitchen was well stocked and definitely met our needs since we only ate breakfast there. Sasha was very responsive to any questions we had. The small balcony was fun when the weather was nice. The beds were especially comfortable and the robes a nice touch..
• Jane (9/5): Amazing in every way. - Such a stunning building and area, nice and quiet and the living room and master bedroom were huge, as was the tv. We were really lucky to be so close to Westminster, Battersea, Buckingham Palace. Such a great find. The second bedroom was fairly small but fine.

La posizione è eccellente: a pochi minuti dalla stazione Victoria, ideale per raggiungere gli studios di Harry Potter e muoversi facilmente in città. Si vede che era una casa di proprietà, con mobili su misura e ambienti pensati con attenzione. Anche il quartiere è piacevole e sicuro. Nel complesso è una soluzione perfetta per una famiglia, grazie agli spazi generosi e alla cucina ben organizzata. L’appartamento è bello ma la gestione andrebbe migliorata. Sono presenti molti oggetti vecchi e inutilizzati e la pulizia risulta un tantino superficiale. Alcuni dettagli richiedono manutenzione, come un bagno con scarico poco efficiente. Con una rinfrescata generale e più cura degli ambienti potrebbe diventare un alloggio davvero perfetto.

• Caelen (1/5): Stay a total disaster due to broken toilet and noise of it and unable to get it fixed for a full 24 hours. Property mana - Location was good. We reported a broken toilet within an hour of arriving. Property manager sought a handyman who reported the toilet needed new parts and would be 4pm the next day to fix. We could not use master bedroom due to noise of toilet and likewise second small box room again the noise of broken toilet ruined any chance of sleep. We checked out after one night and demanded refund for the 2 unused nights as apartment uninhabitable. Property manager unavailable all that day and has ghosted us ever since. Currently refusing refund despite the apartment not being any use to us with broken toilet and noise ruining any chance of sleep. Very disappointed. Awaiting refund still and from booking.com too as apartment was unfit to sleep in.

• Elly (9/5): Heerlijk en voor herhaling vatbaar. - Appartement is heel ruim en de master bedroom heeft een heerlijk groot bed. Ook heel fijn zijn de meerdere televisies in het appartement. Met twee tieners is dat heel handig. Locatie is voortreffelijk, midden in het centrum van Londen. Je zit op 10 minuten wandelen van metrostation Victoria waarmee binnen de kortste keren bij alle hotspots van de stad bent. Buckingham Palace en de parken vind je op 15 minuten wandelen. Sasha is ook heel benaderbaar en beantwoordt al je vragen. De toiletten zijn boven bij de slaapkamers. Op de woonverdieping is geen toilet. Is geen groot probleem, nu heb je meteen je workout te pakken!

Perfect for our day at Chelsea with breakfast in Belgravia and dinner near Sloane Square. Our host very kindly offered us a late check out which meant we could enjoy our last morning without having to traipse about with luggage. A pretty perfect stay!
• Ileana (10/5): Great mother daughter’s trip!! - I love the size of the flat, it had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe area to stay. The owner was lovely, answered all my questions right away. We were lucky to have early access to the flat. I seriously don’t have any complaints except the flight of stairs on the initial day with the luggage but once you get past that it was great! It’s so worth staying here! Lots of great places to eat close by. Uber works amazing here!!!

• Michael (10/5): Great London stay - The apartment was centrally located near Victoria Station and Belgravia. We were able to walk to either transportation or what we wanted to see. The apartment was very roomy with everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to cook and do laundry at home. The showers were good with plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with plenary of grocery or dining opportunities near by. Definitely recommend this property! Well there were stairs. The only issue with the stairs was getting my bags up them. There are good handrails and the stairs are big enough. The apartment completely made the stairs irrelevant!
• Ziliang (9/5): An undoubtedly top choice for a stay in London - The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the Victoria train or coach stations and area is safe and brightly lit at night. The host Sasha is very friendly and helpful, and we were very glad to have met her in person. A small inconvenience would be the washing machine being located outside of the apartment.

• Keithstanford (9/5): Spacious apartment with fantastic location - Excellent location, close to Victoria station whilst remaining a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a huge TV, large master bedroom with a large bed and walk-in wardrobe, overall an opulent feel to the apartment. The second bedroom is rather small with a very small double bed and little room for anything else, the wardrobe is spacious enough though. Also the apartment could do with some redecorating and minor repairs as it's looking well used.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the best of London. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive, with quick replies to any questions I had. I also appreciated the flexibility to check out a little later, which made my stay even more convenient. Small thoughtful touches added to the experience and made it feel like a home away from home. The only issue I encountered was that the provided socket converters didn’t work properly, which made it a bit inconvenient to charge my devices. It would be great if this could be improved for future guests.
• Hsienwen (7/5): Good - Good location and more than enough audio/video equipments Unexpectedly, there still were scaffoldings in both front and back sides of apartment during the full period of my staying. Decoration workers worked in and out also up and down starting at 8 or 9 o’clock in some days. Cool wafer supply for bath was a little bit tricky to make it work smoothly. You’d better ask the host in advance.
• Luckypenny (6/5): We had a pleasant stay, but would not recommend to stay here during the active construction. - The property is well situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood, the unit was clean, and the host was responsive to our issues. We were very surprised to arrive to find the building covered over in scaffolding with under active construction taking place :( The windows and terrace were covered over with scaffolding and men at work and there was debris in the exterior entry and stairwells. With men on the scaffolding, we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. I felt this was something the host should have disclosed to us prior to booking. We also had issues with the water temperature in shower which would fluctuate from cold to scalding.

• Edyta (9/5): A comfortable apartment in a great location - Great location, close to main attractions on foot. Very well-equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms provide comfort for a larger number of people. Spacious, comfortable living room. The apartment has two floors, the stairs to the first floor with the bedrooms are quite steep, people with limited mobility should take this into account.
• Juul (7/5): it is nice appartment but still we wouldn’t recommend booking it - spacious living room and master bedroom. nice details everywhere (in bathroom and kids bedroom had lots of books and toys) shower and toilet in bathroom not working well. Bed in second bedroom quite small for my children (and this room had a hole in the wall there). cleaning could have been better (garbage not removed from bathroom and we found underpants in the closet). furthermore we were really disappointed with the host as she didn’t refund us for a huge price difference although booking asked her a few times. Just not customer friendly.

The host was very receptive to questions over booking.com messages. The location was great, generally quiet with a short walk to major transport links. The neighbours above had a massive party until 3am on the first night we stayed- we could hear absolutely everything happening above us and through the door on the upper level to the stairwell.

Very responsive and helpful host. Lovely attention to detail. TV in living room was part of a media system. It didn’t work for us. We did have the use of the bedroom tv….so it didn’t impact on our break too much.

I loved having a balcony to go out on and to open up and let the fresh air in. Sasha was very accommodating and always available to answer our questions. The location of the property seemed safe and was quiet at night. Taxis were readily available out front. The stairs. The fireplace didn’t work.

• Antonio (2/5): Very poor - Very nice apartment, well equipped, clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood at a reasonable walking distance from the nearest tube station Unfortunately one of the two bathrooms was unusable when we arrived and the host was not able to fix the problem until the last day (six nights) of our staying. The host told us that before our arrival a plumber had solved the problem but it was not the case and I think it is not professional to rent the apartment without making sure that everything is ok.
• Maxim (4/5): We liked the location however the host left unpleasant feelings in our memories. Will not recommend to stay with this ho - We liked the location, bed linens soft and nice, bathrooms clean The apartment is in the process of repairing in the reception room and the balcony. The host became unfriendly as soon as we told them about the shortcomings of the apartment, became unresponsive to our requests. Never apologized for not telling us about the ongoing repairs in the apartment upfront. Our request for late check out was denied even though in FAQ this question was answered differently for other people. Our request to leave our baggage for 3 hours after check out time was left unanswered until 45 min before the check out time, when we already made other arrangements.

• Addison (9/5): Big, sunny, quiet, clean, well designed, apartment, and a central location that is owned by a caring and responsible hos - Sasha, the host, took great care to make sure I was greeted properly, and attended to my questions and needs promptly. Even sending me maps and recommendations. The apartment is super clean, every amenity available, in a nice neighborhood, quiet, with five star bedding, and even fresh fruit and a beautiful flower bouquet. once I got the lay of the land, it was OK. However, if you want to be in Covent Garden, for example, you will want to take public transportation, which is a few blocks away. If you don’t mind that 15 minute walk, which I didn’t, then great. Having all of this living space and amenities offsets the slightly better central location if that’s what you want.

• Russell (9/5): Stunning Grand Apartment was exactly that! - We were visiting London to see the Coronation, and staying in the Stunning Grand Apartment added to this experience, giving us the feeling of being in a typical London townhouse. The apartment was very grand and elegant, with contemporary furnishings, it was very spacious over two floors. Our host was easy to contact, very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was in a nice location a 20 minute walk from Buckingham Palace and a short distance from Victoria Station. We would definitely recommend it.
