• Cosmina (10/5): Wonderful place to stay! - We liked the villa ´s location, in a quiet complex, close to the sea. Lovely garden with a pool, perfect for relaxing We would have appreciated having the necessary barbecue equipment
• Sheila (8/5): Gorgeous villa very clean with stunning outside area, just middle of nowhere with no usable beach. - The villa and outside area is beautiful and so clean with the added free mid week clean that was a great! Location and pool steps which broke during our visit leaving me with nasty cuts and bruises on my arm and legs. This was not even acknowledged by host yes steps were fixed well one of them was the other was left leaving it difficult to enter/exit the pool but there was no apology, even after asking! The most annoying thing was the maintenance guy found bits of the step on the bbq meaning somebody knew they were damaged which is upsetting as injury could have been avoided.

• Ionut (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay at this location. - The villa is very beautiful, with a spacious yard full of plants and palm trees, and a pool large enough for six people. The rooms are fine, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. We had access to a private parking spot for one car, right inside the yard. There is also a barbecue grill, which we frequently used for dinner. They also have Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for rest and relaxation. I would also add that they provided us with chairs and a crib for children. The villa is located somewhat at the edge of the Ayia Napa, in Ayia Thekla, so you definitely need a rental car to get to the nearby well-known beaches (12 minutes to Nissi Beach) and to go shopping. If that’s not an issue, it’s definitely a good choice. There are also no restaurants nearby, but you can use delivery services to order food.
• Apekshya (8/5): Overall , stay was good. Our kids loved it. - Nice and clean, apart from swimming pool but since its outdoor and windy, so thats understandable. It would have been nice if there were better quality toilet rolls, coffee pods for the machine, washing liquid or pods for the washing machine and for dishwasher for longer staying guests. It doesn't cost that much, does it?
• Matej (10/5): Relaxing stay at nice villa - Beatiful villa right next to the beach. Comfortable beds and quiet area to get nice sleep. Well furnished and everything we needed provided. Ideal for a group of 4-6. We'd be happy to book again in the future. The water access right at the beach next to the apartment isn't particularly great as it's very shallow so more just to lay down and not actually swim. But you can drive to a nearby beach so no big issue.
• Diane (9/5): Good value for money excellent villa - The villa was stunning and the pool was great We was a party of. 6 there was enough room for us all to sleep and the seating areas was exceptional The beach access We walked down and it was very rocky not a sandy beach Needed a car for shopping or arrange a delivery
