• SUNNY (7/5): Excellent One Time Experience - The location was nice. Very quiet area. Apartment was nice. Rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom toilet was also nice looking. You get an excellent view of the mountains from the apartment. Having a binocular would be great to view the cable cars and mountain tops. The apartment was walking distance to the restaurants or stores around the apartment in this small town area. Kindly note, some restaurants and stores, the staff was very nice and friendly. Fact that Security deposit is released 5 days after checkout. There was no clear information about garbage disposal and other practical details of the apartment which we had to find out through their QR code only but no help or information otherwise unless we go back to them or call them. We had to carry all the garbage bags to the Grindelwald bus station garbage bins. For a huge price to rent this apartment, Griwa Rent should do the needful to clear the garbage from the rented apartments on a daily basis. There was no air-conditions in the rooms and was quite hot during the summer time. If air cons are difficult to provide, then at least provide table fans or standing fans for all the 3 bedrooms and the living rooms. Considering the huge rent amount, this facility should be provided and does not cost much to purchase fans and does not need any extra space as it can be placed anywhere around the rooms. The bathroom toilet in the living room area had a foul drain stench when we entered. We thought it would go away after few use but it was still there. It would have been amazing if the 3 bedrooms had attached bathroom toilets especially for the huge rent that is charged. All the stores, shops, pharmacy and coop stores close by 8pm. Do plan accordingly. Kindly note, Restaurant Alpenblick Grindelwald staff was very rude and had a very bad attitude when we went there for dinner. For a family of 6 they gave us a small round table with 4 chairs and said the 2 children do not need any space as they will not eat much. Also the lady said if you want bigger table you should make a reservation before, even though there were tables available. So we left that restaurant and the lady while we were leaving said 'Good luck to find a restaurant'. Don't get fooled by the rating of this restaurant. Anyway we found an amazing restaurant inside Sunstar Hotel and the staff there gave us a nice big table for 6 even though we did not have a reservation and the food was...
• Keri (10/5): Gorgeous apartment with an amazing view - This apartment was a home away from home. It was super clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. It was super close to the Main Street. Loved staying in Grindelwald. Would stay here again! The laundry facilities were on the main floor and our apartment was on the top floor. However, it was free so not a big deal. The check out process made us walk out trash and recycling to the bus station.

• Alex (10/5): Great location, beautiful property, friendly and helpful property management - highly recommend - We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The hole itself was absolutely amazing, new technology and a very classy and user friendly design and layout. The views were sensational, there was no noise in the complex and the location was perfect. We decided to come a day earlier and the property managers were wonderful in making this possible. Would stay here again and again and again. Only suggestions to improve the stay would be 1. The supply of basic cooking necessities such as oil, salt and pepper etc to accomodate the brilliant kitchen and utensils supplied. 2. A couple of pieces of firewood or a bag of firewood included in the stay would be nice.
• Mrunmoy (6/5): Pleasant - Central location, nice cosy apartment with great views. The lift wasn't working when we arrived with senior folks and a lot of luggage. So, it was a lot of inconvenience and backbreaking climb up 3 flights of stairs. The company's handyman was kind enough to give a hand with the luggage though, which we appreciated very much. They did fix the elevator on our last day, so we didn't have to repeat the ordeal in bringing down our bags. Beds were too soft.

The living room was large and had a dining table and each room had a balcony. All cooking supplies were available in the apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal and it has a private parking space. Very close to the first flyer site. No washing machine
