• YUPO (5/5): 便宜，兩三個人住可以，但是離車站遠，走到JR SKYLINER並非他說的那麼近，更別說離阿美橫町，更遠，這都其次，實在太髒 - 價格 廁所連浴缸放水都會有水垢飄出來，地下一樓內外空氣交換通風口極髒，沙發床髒，日式床墊還只是非常小的單人，提出根本很難4個四個人睡能不能多提供一個Futon，也說沒辦法，被子枕頭也不夠4人使用

• SHIN TUNG (6/5): - 設備不錯，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，洗完可以晾在浴室開乾燥，有小廚房和一些廚具、餐具可以自己煮，冰箱夠大可以冰不少東西，地點離上野站入谷口很近，附近有24小時超市和超商 廁所太小，洗手台太小而且位置很奇怪很難使用，沙發感覺滿髒的

• Betsy (5/5): Good location, a one-night stayer, good for 1-2 people only. - 5-7 walk from subway station. Bedroom located in a basement; sharped edge stair steps; could use some renovation, a bit pricey for what it was. Thank goodness it was just for the night and had left our bags in a storage. Good for 1-2 people, not a family of 3.

• 未来 (9/5): Spacious apartment, nice area. - I liked the neighborhood and the area. Despite being a tourist area, it was very quiet and peaceful at night, making it easy to sleep. I also liked the large window, which allowed me to look outside while having breakfast. The apartment is spacious, just right for four people.

• Susan (9/5): It’s a great place to stay! - It was super clean and convenient and a great price!! It’s my own issue but I have a hard time with stairs and did not realize there were stairs inside the apartment.
• Ronnie (8/5): Very good - Good Price The bedroom is located in a basement and we have limited space for our luggage at Level 1. Staircase pointed edges need to have padding to avoid head from accidentially hitting it.

• Antonia (9/5): An extremely convenient place to stay - The location is excellent. About five minutes from the station (2 minutes is possible if the traffic lights are green), and fewer than ten from the Ameyoko area. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean and quiet. Accessing the property is simple. Communication with the property host was excellent, with questions answered immediately. Bags can be dropped before check-in and left for a few hours after check-out, which is super- convenient. Overall this is a great place to stay and excellent value. The maximum bedding arrangement is perfectly suitable for a family, but perhaps not great for four large adults. We slept very well, but are accustomed to slightly harder beds. As long as you are aware of this, it's not a problem.

• Chikako (1/5): I will not choose this place again. - The location is good. The description said there is Wi-Fi but there is no Wi-Fi. I asked to fix it but the response was very slow. We stayed 4nights and we finally got the Wi-Fi the last night. It was very inconvenient. There is no space to put futon and it was still in the carton box. We need to move the table and chair to make a space. The sofa bed was between walls and there is no extra space so if you are tall person you will bump your head. There were no coffee cups, no bath mat, no hand towels and no trash can downstairs. No place to put silverware. No dish rack. There is no place to hang the wet towels. The bathroom sink is not usable because it is so small. There’s a shortage of lights, chairs and space for futon. I had a bad experience.
