- Syuhaniyurni (3/5): Bad experience ever. - Big room. Comfortable and have a very nice Klcc and town view. The staff wanna cut my deposit due to a drop of blood on the bedsheet. What the heck? Can you just wash it? There's a car park issue. My private car park is being used by others and I need to deal with it myself, no action taken by the staff. Bad experience ever!

- Lim (6/5): BAD experience. - Able to have nice view for twin towel & KL tower. 1. Indication sign is too small, and you may easily miss out. Once you miss out, you have to take one or more cycles to come back. 2. The building have 4 units of elevator, however due to poor handling management, the service is too BAD. At 10.00am, I have to wait for almost 25 minutes and have chance to the elevator and finally reach lobby. Really bad. 3. Parking area for check in is too less.
