• Samuel (8/5): Voor deze prijs een top verblijf! - Locatie is echt top, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is gewoon heel goed. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep ook snel via de Booking.com app. Het futon bed was heel erg dun. 2 minuten lopen naar Ueno station is wel heel optimistisch. Realistisch gezien is 5 minuten het minimum, wat nog steeds meer dan prima is.
• 張修誠 (9/5): - 1. 浴室水量很大，熱水夠熱，可以泡澡很舒服。 2. 地點方便，離JR上野站走路約5分鐘，出去外面有一個7-11，不用擔心肚子餓。 3. 有微波爐，電磁爐，還有足夠餐具，刀具，若要自己煮飯很方便。 4. 還有洗衣機可以洗衣服，裡面也有提供洗衣精。 1. 隔音比較不好一點，淺眠的人要考慮，但我沒影響，我還是睡的很舒服。 2. 沒有電梯，我是住一樓，所以比較不需要搬行李走樓梯。客廳空間偏小一點，如果要打開行李箱要搬到樓下房間會比較累一點。

• PAOWALEE (9/5): ทีโอกาสจะมาพักอีก - ทำเลดี ใกล้สถานีอูเอโนะ เดินทางสะดวก เงียบสงบ คนไม่พลุกพล่าน ได้พื้นที่กว้างกว่า รร.ในย่านเดียวกัน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกโอเคเหมาะสม -ผ้าเช็ดตัวเล็กไปหน่อย และไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้า -งงกับการปรับรีโมทแอร์ แต่โดยรวมโอเค -พื้นที่โอเค แต่เสียอย่างนึงคือเป็นห้องสองชั้น บันไดค่อนข้างสูง เดินยึ้นลงเมื่อยอยู่ 🤣🤣

• Munenori (10/5): いい部屋を見つけられて良かった。 - 駅から徒歩で行けて便利でした。 3名利用だったが、とにかくお得で安い。 広小路側の騒がしいエリアでないので、夜も静かに過ごせます。 快適でした。 築年数も浅そうで外観、内装ともにきれいです。 ない。 強いて言えば3人では少し狭いです。 1人なら最高、2人ならちょうどって感じです。

• FuzBa (7/5): An experience of Japanese modern homestay. - Pleasant experience in Japan. Facilities quite complete. Glad we've got this place. 1. I wasnt aware how to dry clothes. Perhaps some simple instructions may help. 2. Tiny thgs in the bathroom - perhaps can just skip the bath tub. Cant really bathe in it and it took up space and end up my elbow hit wall most of the time. 3. Concern on safety of the power socket near the basin and cabinet in the bathroom. It was not covered which may cause hazard being near water source. Perhaps can relocate to somewhere safer in the bathroom. 4. Concern on safety of power supply to the electric stove. Although it is underneath and inside the cabinet, water from dishwashing may drool down via the wire and side of the stove. So i usually will unplug it when i wash the dishes.

• Vai Kong (1/5): 十分差的選擇 - 沒有滿意的地方 只有一個床，三人住宿，還是地下室，地方少得可憐，放行李已經沒法行，被單有異味，不經常洗再用，不會再去選擇住宿
• Reinhildis (8/5): - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Für drei Personen war es ziemlich eng und klein aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und alles ist sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber ist per Mail immer sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir durften unser Gepäck schon vor dem Check in in der Wohnung deponieren
• Mélisandre (9/5): Hébergement très satisfaisant dans l’ensemble - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le bâtiment, entièrement en béton, offrait une température fraîche avec 2 air climatisé et une excellente insonorisation, un vrai atout en été. L’endroit était impeccablement propre, bien entretenu et très bien situé : à proximité immédiate de la gare et de plusieurs konbini, ainsi que de nombreuses attractions touristiques. La présence d’une laveuse, ainsi que la possibilité de faire sécher le linge dans la salle de bain, était extrêmement pratique pour un séjour en famille. L’équipement de base comprenait aussi un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, un réfrigérateur et un congélateur — très utile au quotidien. Certains éléments manquaient pour rendre le logement vraiment complet : l’absence de linge à vaisselle et d’ustensiles de base comme des ciseaux de cuisine s’est fait sentir. Le confort des couchages laissait aussi à désirer : les lits étaient excessivement fermes et le futon au sol, très mince, s’est révélé peu confortable. Enfin, l’espace prévu pour les repas — une salle à manger basse et sombre, évoquant une grotte — n’était ni pratique ni accueillant, particulièrement si l’on souhaite y manger en famille.
