• Veselina (10/5): - Хотелския комплекс е разположен в края на града точно под планината. Има голям парк с беседки,барбекю и възможност за игра . Има детски парк за катерене в който има служители екипиращи децата и следят за безопасността. Хотела разполага с два басеина (вътрешен и външен) отопляеми на 27градуса. Ние бяхме в частно студио. Студиото е страхотно. Чисто, страхотен интериор. Оборудвано с печка, микровълнова, котлони, хладилник и всички необходими прибори и домакински принадлежности за готвене. Има прахосмукачка, ютия и маса за гладене. Всичко е чисто и подредено. Прекарахме си страхотно с моето семейство. Има достатъчно парко места. Страхотна гледка към града. Само, че за басеина се доплаща допълнително (10лв на човек на ден) и че няма халати за басеина.
• Jelena (10/5): Izuzetan apartman za pravo uživanje - Na mirnoj lokaciji, u blizini planine, idealno za decu. Domaćin je bio na raspolaganju u svako doba sa korisnim savetima. Opremljenost apartmana je nadmašila naša očekivanja.

• Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Nice studio, we were with a 10 month old baby, and it was perfect. The hosts were really nice. Although the hotel part is also nice, there is good coffee in the lodge bar.
• Dimitrios (8/5): Nice and cozy room - The room was situated in very nice area on the upper side of Bansko. Beautiful views. Warm and cosy. The owner was helpful. The room is not in a hotel and it was a little bit confusing the listing about the saouna and the indoor pool. The sauna and the indoor pool are located in a hotel which has the same name but you have to cross the road and go to an other building and pay 30 leva per person. The spa was very crowded and doesn't worth the money. The room needs a coffee machine, Nespresso or something like that. You will need a car for restaurants and bars.

Shaska, who was the host's assistant or representative in Bansko, was extremelly willing to take care of every need. I give Shaska more than 10 out of 10. She left us more than satisfied with her services, she took care of everything on the spot! Thank you for a memorable stay. We 'll visit the appartement again soon! everything was perfect

• Fatih (8/5): Very good - We were contacted before going to the hotel. We entered the room easily. The room was perfect, it had everything we were looking for. The beds were clean and comfortable. The view was great. The television had an internet connection. I liked the room, but I cannot say the same for the corridor and building entrance. The corridors smell very bad of cats and dogs. There is cat and dog hair on the doormats in front of the doors. The large doormat at the entrance of the building was not cleaned for 3 days.

• Nicolae (4/5): Good price for the resort ( actually outside the resort) but don't expect much. - Window view We didn't have garbage bags inside the building and not even in the trash can when we arrived. We called Sasha and she told us to buy the bags and she will give us the money.... but that did not happen. In the bathroom, we had 1 toilet paper roll (not new) for 4 people, a 3 night stay... They left us only the shampoo and shower gel from the previous visitors, more than half empty. The extendable couch was unconfortable, the bed sheets felt somehow durty, there was a blanket inside the 2 persons sheet that during the night got squeezed into a corner of the sheet.
