• Gina (8/5): - L’appartamento carino è pulito. C’era tutto il necessario. Proprietari molto disponibili. Ci sono stati alcuni inconvenienti con la caldaia che però siamo riusciti a risolvere con i proprietari.
• Luciana (5/5): Não recomendo - Avisamos que chegaríamos próximo às 20:00. Só nos enviaram o link para checkin quando estávamos muito próximos e estávamos usando o maps. Chegamos estava muito frio e chovendo, nos deixaram na rua. Uma complicação pra achar a chave e o código pra abrir para pegar a chave. Não tinha talheres na cozinha “super equipada”. Ninguém sabia informar nada. Só no fim do segundo dia um rapaz apareceu e mostrou onde tinha. A água não esquenta ( tomei banho com uma panela e uma caneca) porque também não sabiam informar onde estava o boiler. Não tinha esponja nem nenhum pano de cozinha. Só tinha um rolo de papel higiênico pra 2 pessoas para 4 dias. O Wi-Fi não funciona e com isso a tv também não. A lavadora de roupa centrífuga pessimamente, a roupa sai molhada, tem que centrifugar 3x. Não deixaram detergente para a lavadora de pratos e quando liguei com o detergente normal mesmo, molhou a cozinha inteira. O ferro de passar roupas também inundou minha roupa. Também não tinha pano de chão. A chaleira elétrica estava enferrujada e tmb molhava tudo ( furo ). O fogão só funcionava quando queria. Tenho fotos e vídeo comprovando tudo.
• Maria Elsa (3/5): Abbassate il prezzo xkè la via è pericolosa e piena di delinquenza e degrado - La zona di notte è poco sicura. Onestamente il prezzo è altissimo per stare in una via poco praticabile come via Arquà.
• David (5/5): - Piso bonito, calidad relación precio estaba bastante bien, la chica que nos atendió (Yaki) ayudó bastante en todo, nos dejaron salir un rato después el día del checkout Cama muy incómoda, el día que llegamos estaba rota y tuvimos que dormir en el sofá, hasta la noche del día siguiente no terminaron de arreglarla, sábanas sucias y mucho polvo en el apartamento, zona bastante regulera, no recomendaría salir de noche

• Kaya (3/5): Never coming back. - We like the bedroom and the fact they put a lot of towels for us and bathroom was clean as well. First of all the kitchen was so dirty, we couldn't use the kettle because it had grease and stains all over it and the coffee machine exploded so electricity shut down so we had go to an underground basement to turn it on. The couch was insanely dirty and had holes from cigarettes. The walls were covered with full of stains and blankets had stains all over it but there was no other option so we had to use it . There was no slippers nothing. We felt like apartment never cleaned at the start . When the electricity went off we couldn't even leave the Airbnb because it just works with electricity to get in and we preferred to have a physical key.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with great attention to every detail. The location was excellent and everything was exactly as described. Despite the stressful situation we faced due to a flight delay, the hosts welcomed us with so much love and understanding. They supported us fully and helped us stay an extra night, which truly meant a lot to us. Most importantly, I genuinely felt like I was at home — just like the name says, It’s Home. The warm atmosphere, care, and kindness made the stay very special. Jaki was an exceptional host: kind, caring, and always available. Highly recommended, and I would happily come back again 🤍✨ No elevator
• Federica (5/5): Io, lui e gli scarafaggi - Casa ben arredata, divano e letto comodi. Cucina con piano induzione. Spaziosa per due persone. Doccia spaziosa. Appartamento invaso da scarafaggi: in cucina, in bagno e anche nel salotto sul divano. Non siamo stati tranquilli, sempre con un occhio su cosa mettevamo le mani. Li abbiamo ritrovati addirittura nelle scarpe, uno mi è caduto addosso mentre usavo i servizi igienici. Per quello che abbiamo pagato, siamo delusi.
• Pradeep (2/5): Sehr schlecht - Garnicht gefallen Die Büro Mitarbeiterin warst unfreundlich. Unsere wünschen nicht korrekt erfüllt. Die Wohnung warst nicht sauber. Keine Handtücher für die Küche. Keine Reinigung brüsten für die Küche. Keine Küchen Rolle für die Küche. Keine trinkt Gläser. Kaputten Esstisch einziger Stühl. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden warst dise Unterkunft. Keine gute Lage. Sehr viel kriminelle Sachen die Umgebung. Vorher wir haben garnicht gewünscht. Sonst hätten wir diese Wohnung garnicht gebucht. Bitte wenn dieser Wohnung eine kommen willst Vorher sehr viel überlegen. Alles warst sehr kompliziert.

• Tanja (1/5): Not clean - Apartment was dirty. The douvet was full of hairs and stains and there was no douvet cover, bedsheet had wet mark when we arrived, towels were smelly. Bathroom was not clean, there was an old lodged soap in the washbasin. Kitchen had no tea towels, sugar or salt. Tableware was sticky. Neighbourhood felt unsafe and the street was full of garbage. I do not recommend.

• Gerardo (10/5): Despite the distance the facility was cute and comfortable. - The kitchen, air conditioning, and TV were nice. On the boocking.com map the location of the facility was a few steps from the station, but was actually a 30 minute walk. This wasn’t that big of a deal but, we chose this over a cheaper option, so people should probably know that the location on the map was not correct. Also we needed help during the checkout but it hey never answered our calls or texts in the morning.

• Divyasingh (9/5): Great and cozy place. Very clean apartment. The lock system is great . - The property was very clean, basic utilities very included and the kitchen had all the basic utensils required. I would choose this property again if given a chance to rent it for a long term stay.
• Paula (6/5): It was okay, but the host should improve all the thing’s that are written in reviews and not just ignore them. - It was spacious. The location was okay, a lot of dodgy people on the street at nights though. The opening door system was hard to understand, we tried opening the door to the apartment about 10 mins. Also the host texted 15 mins beforehand saying that we’re gonna have to pay €50 extra if we don’t check in before 21:00. Beforehand I messaged the host saying that we are at the apartment and don’t understand how to get in. That message made me feel anxious as we tried our best to open that system door. The kitchen was poorly equipped, it had couple of plates, 2 pots and 2 forks, nothing to cut cheese with or put spread on butter. Another issue we had was with the shower, the hot water wasn’t working and we didn’t understand why, as there was no boiler. My partner then found a remote on the wall in the living room which he thought would turn on for the hot water. He was correct but the host didn’t explain this. I’ve read the reviews before booking this apartment and one said that the shower was leaking and they had to wipe the floor with their towels. That’s what we had to do. It was impossible to enjoy a shower because we were worried that the place would flood. Another little thing was that the toilet seat was off the toilet…
• Daniela (7/5): Good - Walking distance from central railway station, fully automatic check-in and check out, key-less opening of the apartment. Espresso machine with coffee pods prepared- thank you! Very dirty street where the flat is situated- not the fault of the host of course. Poorly equipped kitchen concerning the dishes, dirty and greasy plates in the cupboard. An unattached toilet seat that was falling off the toilet and hitting your back every time you sat on it.
• Carrigan (10/5): Exceptional - Property was very clean and spacious,we stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t fault it,there are reviews on the location not being great but we didn’t have any issues,me and my partner walked home late at night and still felt safe,there are locals there too walking round so we felt safer so don’t get put of the bad reviews this apartment is lovely so you don’t really notice what the outside is like anyway,it’s about an hour walk into the centre of Milan but there’s lots of places and shops to stop on the way,there is always the metro which wasn’t too far to walk to either but me and my partner prefer to walk everywhere it’s also 30mins walk from Milan central station. Overall would recommend this apartment if you are staying in Milan The shower didn’t drain very quickly which caused the water to leak through the shower door to the floor,so we had to use the towels to mop it up

• Bee (9/5): great property, modern clean spacious and not far from main attractions but local train station is not close by for walk - amazing modern and clean property. very good communication from the owner - very prompt and helpful. spacious comfortable. Surrounding area isn’t the best and quite far from Pasteur train station which was hard with little one to walk especially in the heat. property was lovely just a long walk 20-25 mins to station when walking with kids and quite far. the neighbourhood was not the best for night time returning from Duomo but the station was close enough to get to Centrale and duomo which is good.
