- William (1/5): Disaster-photos showed what we were met when we walked in. - It is close to train station. We got to our apartment and it had not been cleaned at all. There was no one to help. Unable to contact host in a quick manner. We just had 10 hours in the air and were very tired. We found a hotel that fortunately had a clean room for the night. Also, after correspondence in English, our instructions to find room and keys were in Italian. I emailed and asked for English and got no response.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed, soft towels, spacious kitchen, and convenience to restaurants. We would definitely recommend you stay here. Loved everything

The location could not be more perfect — right in the city centre, within walking distance to everything, including the train and bus stations. The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful: spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, cosy, and filled with so much love and attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. This trip was for a special occasion, and Alessia went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. We had a few special requests, and she made sure every single one was taken care of with such care and thoughtfulness. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she is truly a wonderful host and person. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you, Alessia, for making our time in Milan so memorable — we can’t wait to come back!

- Myat (7/5): It is a really lovely place, except if you are sensitive to noise (trains) I would not recommend Z - Beautifully decorated place in a convenient location The apartment is too close to the station and you can hear the trains whenever they pass by rather loudly.
