Both rooms and living areas were spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy.

3. Basic amenities tea, coffee and sugar not provided
4. Bath towels were of inferior quality I.e. small and scratchy
5. Freezer hadn't been defrosted in a very long time, thick bed of ice.
6. Lounge seating was very old inadequate and uncomfortable to seat 4 people.
7. Construction noise all night first night,
right outside window, we were not alerted prior to booking apartment. We were offered alternative accommodation which was in an unsuitable area far from places of interest and supermarkets, impossible to get to without a car. We should have been given a refund for first night but were not offered this.
We don't recommend staying here.

We only had one key card to access our floor and the apartment, which meant both of us had to go out together and weren't able to go sightseeing as individuals. So 2 keycards would have been appreciated.

- David (7/5): Passable just. - The unit was positioned well and central to everything. The beds were comfortable enough. I didn’t feel it was value for money at all. It was very tired and needs some loving care. Or freshen up. To add to the ambience. Just meeting the standards expected in accomodation. We have travelled a lot.

Safe was unusable as was 'locked open' owners couldn't help. Towel rail kept falling apart. Freezer was iced up. ? needs new door seal.

- Daryl (7/5): Good place to stay. It was what I needed for the short trip. - Good location. Was there to attend the footy and to check out an investment property. It was a pretty convenient location for both of these. It's on a hill, and there isn't a lot of eat nearby that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

- Denis (9/5): Appartment welle equiped and well located close to the free Cat bus line (driving to Perth CBD) - We have stayed 2 times in this appartment. This second time, we had no issue to come :o).
The appartment is very well placed. Our pass card was desactivated 2 nights before we had to leave. Happily, the reception of the hotel (which does not manage this appartment) was kind enough to reactivate the card for us.
It would be great to have a oven pan to heat meals in the oven.

Super market was close to the flat. The reservation was a mess !!!
The appartment was booked for 3 nights, with a confirmation from BOOKING.
But, as the appartment is managed by another company depending of AirB&B, the reservation was not effective.
Happily that the reception has helped us to contact the owner of the flat.
Nevertheless, we have to find a solution by our own way for the last night, because the appartment was no more available.
