Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Emma (10/5): Very comfortable pet friendly house, in a fantastic location near to Bagnalls Beach - This house is airy, bright, and very comfortable. Very easy walking distance to the wonderful off-leash Bagnalls Beach. And this is a place that really really means it when they say "pet friendly". It had everything you need to enjoy travelling with a dog, and they made it super easy to keep the place clean and in good order - spare dog towels, washable couch covers, spare poo bags and dog toys. So practical, and so very welcoming. nothing - it was all great
