• Victoriya (9/5): Bon voyage et belle expérience. - Check in facile. Proche du métro. Il était propre. Le tapis devrait être changé. Le petit lit pour une seule personne n’est pas très confortable. Ça serait bien d’avoir quelque chose pour le rendre plus mou un peu.
• klimich (10/5): - Excellent modern apartment - one of the best one-bedroom places we’ve stayed at in Vienna. The room is new, compact but very well designed. It has a comfortable large bed, a convenient table that works well for both dining and working, and thoughtfully arranged lighting. The building is new and located right next to the large Oberlaa Park. There’s also a small terrace with a nice view.

• Yevhenii (1/5): No air-conditioning! - The location is alright, about 5 minutes from the metro station. No air conditioner! We came during the heatwave and specifically looked for the room with air conditioning, and whatever that "underfloor" thing was, it did nothing, it was really hot inside. Contacted the host, they told me to wait for a few hours for it to cool the space, then they told me it might be broken, but "maintenance would take forever to fix it". Honestly, seems like a scam. If you're looking for a place with air conditioning, it's not it. Inconvenient check-in/check-out times: 4pm and 10am, even though the original information on booking.com was 11am, but the host decided to change it, and conveniently "forgot" to tell booking.com about it. Oven, filthy baking sheet, which can only be put on the bottom of the oven, no baking paper in the house. Water in the shower drains very slowly. The sofa-bed is more like a chair-bed, really small and not suitable if you're tall. The neighbours' blinds kept going up and down and it created lots of noise. It seemed like there were no people there, some malfunction or whatever.
• Liliana (10/5): - Cea mai buna cazare pentru Viena. Totul a fost excelent. De la chestiile importante pana la chestiile mărunte. Cladire noua, mobilier nou, opțiune sa îți încălzești prosopul atunci cand faci dus. Balcon generos. Aveam chiar si o rola de bucătărie ( da știu, chestie măruntă dar pt mine face diferenta :-)) Ai acces foarte facil catre metrou - ajungi foarte repede in centru (noi am luat bilete valabile 48 de ore si ne-am plimbat peste tot) Masina am parcat-o in parcarea Therme ( centru SPA si Wellness), langa gaura de metrou - 23 de euro pe zi. Cei de la cazare ne-au recomandat o parcare privata - 20 euro, dar era mult mai departe.

• Andraz (7/5): Good - View from balcony is great. Kitchen was easy to use and the refrigerator was big. The apartment is very new. Nearby there is a big park which was great. Faucet was not attached properly. The owner offered to send someone to fix it right away.
• Sisi5 (5/5): Small apartment outside the city - Small, comfortable apartment. Nice bathroom and toilet. Equipped kitchen and very nice that the host left coffee. The apartment is very far from the center, almost outside the city, there are no shops and restaurants, nothing. Unfortunately, the metro was under renovation and we experienced a nightmare with the trip. The beds were uncomfortable, hard, the carpet was dirty, the room was not cleaned well, the walls are dirty. There is no washing machine, which is very unpleasant. The single bed definitely needs to be replaced, it gives me pain all over my body.

• Andrei (8/5): Nice place - Nice place, spacious bathroom and easy to access. Instructions to get in are clear and you have space to prepare your own breakfast. Metro station is close and it's the last stop of U1. Not critical, but could be considered: The outside window blinders were kind of fixed on top, so it was impossible to lower them. Hence, outside light was coming into the room as the curtains are not wide enough to close all the windows. White walls have marks of use here and there, not that much, but enough to be painted as it's noticeable and with white paint it's easy to do only on those parts.

• 1002_ (7/5): It was good. - We really liked the facilities; they looked exactly like the pictures. The location was convenient, and the city center was easily accessible. It was difficult to reach anyone from the hotel on the weekends, and there were no staff members around. We initially had an issue with the Wi-Fi, but eventually, someone did come to assist.
• Piotr (7/5): Nice and comfortable - The apartment was clean and there was everything I expected. In the description there is info about air conditioning, but this apartment has no air conditioning. This is a minus.
• Cretu (10/5): 10/10 the perfect stay! - The metro was really really close, the apartment was super clean and looked beautiful, the check in and check out went smoothly, the host was very responsive and I have 0 complaints. Would return anytime! -

• Mariia (9/5): Superb - Clean apartment located in very beautiful area. Metro is in a few minutes of walk. Wifi wasn't working correctly.
• Bogdan (8/5): Very good - Nice and new furniture, good facilities, easy access. The couch for the 3rd person is very very small and very unconfortable. Also, in the sheets for the couch was hair from the previous customers. The bed was also pretty unconfortable, but overall I would say that it’s decent for the money.
