- adriana (3/5): - El rooftop Olor a humedad en el dormitorio que nos hizo atacar de los bronquios. Pelos largos negros en la cama, pedimos un cobertor para la cama ya que solo estaba tendida con sábanas y nos dijeron que tenía costo extra. Además que no podían resolverlo porque llovia y no iban a venir con lluvia a solucionarnos. Ya de noche tarde nos ofrecieron reubicarnos a otro alojamiento que no tenia ninguna reseña. Al día siguiente mandaron una persona de la empresa a corroborar todo lo que dijimos y nos dió la razón . Tenemos fotos y videos que muestran el sillón de la sala con pedazos de techo que se habían desprendido de la humedad. Lo reservamos porque tenía excelente puntuación. Es un desastre y la empresa que lo maneja CARPE DIEM una vergüenza. Hicimos la denuncia en Booking la primera noche, Pero nunca nos respondieron. Les dijimos que queríamos la devolución y que nos íbamos a otro lado y la respuesta de la empresa fue que nos iban a retener el impuesto y la limpieza QUE BRILLABA POR SU AUSENCIA. Las placas de luz sucias , la mampara de baño sucia. La verdad , un horror de lugar.
