- bruno (8/5): custo beneficio muito bom para a localização - imovel muito bem localizado. hotel reformado e bem cuidado. infrasestrutura e serviços muito bons. cama king size confortável. cozinha americana de apoio muito util para 2 pessoas. o banheiro é apertado e precisa de uma reforma geral. pois está ultrapassado e com defeitos aparentes. o chuveiro está com defeito e não sai água direito. a tv é muito pequena e com sistema operacional antigo. seria interessante ter 2 uma na sala e uma no quarto.
