• Alain Pierre (5/5): - Bel appartement - 3 chambres - 2 Balles de Bains L'appartement se trouve en 1/2 sous sol et ma femme est claustrophobe - C'est une donnée qu'il aurait fallu nous indiquer avant la location par soucis de transparence - Manque d'étagères dans les placards, de verres et de torchons à vaisselles. La gâche de la porte de l'appartement ne tient plus que par une seule vis. Enfin, il y a eu une invasion de fourmis durant notre séjour due à un mauvais nettoyage initial - Il faut quand même noté la réactivité de notre hôte pour nous proposer des solutions mais le mal était déjà fait en la matière.

Check in and out process was seamless. The unit had everything we needed and exactly what we were expecting. Highly recommend! Nothing!

• Alqahtani (5/5): Nice location but the pictures are really misleading (check where u are staying before booking!!) - - Good location - good security and facilities - Warm water in the shower - The warming system in the apartment was good - The picture were not accurate, very misleading - The walls are thin, really thin to the point where u will hear someone talk or even walk in the next door, u will hear everything literally. luckily my neighbors were quite (most of the time at least sometimes they are not). If u can’t sleep in somewhat loud space then I don’t recommend. - The floor is tilted a little, feels walking up hill - small kitchen (i would call a coffee stand instead)

Just like other reviews, we thought we were booking a three bedroom place, because that's what the photos are showing, but it ended up being just a one bedroom. The advertising should be much clearer. Additionally, although the place looked nice, many things seemed to be falling apart or were broken.

• sophie (9/5): - La proximité de l'hopital Royal Victoria, 10 min de marche. Beau paysage et cour d'eau devant Le dernier nettoyage laissait à désirer. Beaucoup de poussière sur les ustensiles et la vaisselle. Le détecteur de fumée avait été enlevé et les batteries avait été retiré. La poubelle n'avait pas été vidée.

• Novelly (8/5): Très pratique - Très belle appartement, 3 chambres, confortable! Stationnement accessible face à l’immeuble ( parking interdit de 16h à 18h). Hôte à donner des instructions très claire et un bon service ! Manque quelques instrument de cuisine! Et linge à vaisselle. Petite odeur de cigarette présente lors de notre séjour et peu de fenêtre…

We had issues with the Heating and we were able to figure out that most of the heaters breakers were manually turned down.. It was a slight hassle but eventually we figured out..

Placard sans étagères, pas de possibilité pour ranger les vêtements. Un seul point d'eau, le lavabo de la salle de bain de 10 cm de haut: pas pratique pour la vaisselle. Isolation avec le reste de l'appartement inexistante: on participe a la vie des voisins y compris vie intime (le lit grince aux moindre mouvement) . Mobiliers bancales table et pieds des fauteuils a resserer .

Some of the beddings were stained. There were several unfinished cosmetic repairs. Unfinished dry wall and hole in the ceiling. But did not affect our stay.

Nous avons réservé pour 4 adultes mais le divan lit n'est pas du tout adapté à 2 adultes, pas de matelas. Il manque certains ustensiles de cuisine comme une louche. Il manque également une couette supplémentaire. Le logement est plus adapté à 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants.

• John (9/5): Superb - NDG Dreams was an excellent apartment for our two couples. We felt very secure. There were great washing and drying machines just outside our door. The showers were superb - the best we have experienced. The cleaner, Marvin, was exceptional and helped us contact the owner and get into our apartment early. Parking on the street was an issue because for some time on some days of the week, parking is not permitted. We were able to manage it successfully. The 3rd bedroom, although it had an ensuite, does not have privacy as it doesn't have a door and is open to anyone in the lounge area and even others walking to the other bathroom.

• Ashok (1/5): Terrible! Needs work! - Very little - there is a refrigerator, microwave and a few dishes for essential comfort! The host is responsive but is nowhere near the property and can only provide basic suggestions and advice in case of any issues. I spent USD 1800 for a 10 night stay at this property. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom unit, but it is only the attached studio on the top floor that I got which has been sealed off from the units downstairs, occupied by 2-3 others, by a thin wall. Please see the points I’ve made below in order to explain my poor rating of this property: 1) The smoke alarms between the main unit downstairs and the studio upstairs are connected. On multiple occasions, the tenants below cooked a meal which set off their alarm, and in turn my alarm. The decibel levels were excruciating and jolted me from my sleep, from my desk and anywhere I was present in my apartment. The host is nowhere near the property and cannot come in person to address anything, and instead found a roundabout excuse for this very basic flaw in setup. 2) This was originally a family 3 bedroom apartment, as I mentioned - you can see the stairs from the studio leading to the wall. This wall is paper thin and god forbid there is a party or noisy neighbors downstairs, good luck sleeping. Even a laugh or regular chatter can be heard, and there is no way to block off the noise from downstairs or the surrounding street. Remember we’re on the first floor. 3) The A/C operates on a timer and switches on at 11:00 AM every morning, whether you like it or not. Again, the host is nowhere near the property and cannot come over to address any critical issues, including adjusting any settings. This A/C malfunctioned throughout my stay at this property, leaked and exuded a foul smell, probably because it had never been cleaned before arrival. On days when I had to leave the apartment early to go for a tour or just step out, I returned to find a leak on the carpet below the A/C and the foulest of odors throughout the room. 3) The codes provided to open the main door did not work.
• Jeffrey (7/5): Good - Bathrooms were very nice, really strong water pressure. Place was clean, host was very responsive. Laundry room was out of order the whole time we were there, not the owner's fault, the company that handles that for him were slow to respond. One of the bedrooms has no door.
• Jacques (10/5): This location was one of my best booking stays. - The location met all of my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The host was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone. I have no complaints about the location.
