De locatie is perfect: midden in het centrum en op loopafstand van de metro, waardoor de hele stad binnen handbereik ligt. Wat dit appartement echt bijzonder maakt, is de recente renovatie. De afwerking met veel hout is prachtig gedaan en geeft de ruimte een warme, luxe sfeer. Alles ziet er super verzorgd en splinternieuw uit. De ideale plek om tot rust te komen na een dag in de stad. We hebben ervan genoten!

Non è solo per bellezza: è super attrezzato e spazioso, perfetto per fare colazione all'aperto o godersi un drink al tramonto dopo una giornata passata a camminare tra i vicoli. Un vero valore aggiunto che difficilmente si trova in città. • Gli interni: Si vede subito che la casa è stata ristrutturata di recente. Gli arredi sono nuovi, lo stile è giovane e curato nei minimi dettagli. Tutto pulitissimo e con quella marcia in più data da un design contemporaneo che ti fa sentire subito a casa (ma in una versione più cool). In breve: spazi ottimizzati, aria condizionata che funziona a meraviglia e un’atmosfera giovane. Consigliatissimo se volete vivere Roma con un tocco di classe senza rinunciare alla praticità. Tornerò sicuramente!
