• Bertsche (7/5): - View The key pick up ans organisation. They didnt send me a pick up code for the key what i had to pick up in a ezy mart far away. Condirming my id took o er 24 h. Then i had to call a hour several numbers to get hold on someone in the mid night. Thats not what you want after a long way of traveling. Hotel floors was full of cock roaches.

• Shannon (10/5): it was okay - location a bit dirty at the balcony area, and the ezymart place to return the keys were closed so we had to go back to the property, return the keys in the unit and walk down 12 floors because we needed the key fob to go downstairs
• Rosie Porter (3/5): Boom Boom Boom - We have stayed here before, probably 5 years ago, and like the proximity to restaurants coffee shops and train station . Well where do I start, the extra large double bed, just a double , the picture in the booking gallery is a queen or bigger. The night club across the road downstairs 3 nights of boom boom until the early hours of the morning, dont stay here if you actually want to sleep 😴. The pool was dirty, green slime in the corners 🤮 access to the spa rooms, we contacted staycomfy who were handling our booking, as we needed them to contact the host with an email to ok access to the private spa rooms, this was asked for on Friday afternoon we had no communication from them about this, we had booked a spa room for Saturday morning we missed out on this as they are in demand 🫤

• Maria (3/5): - - The location was great. Easy access with check in, being collected at another location near by. Nothing was really luxury about the apartment itself except the hotel building itself. Overall cleanliness was not satisfactory, there was marks on the wall, shower had marks, couch was leather and had marks on it. Tv was old and didn’t have great connection to the wifi, it was slow and kept lagging. Kitchen amenities were not modern. Wouldn’t recommend booking as the apartment is falsely advertised in my genuine opinion especially for the price, not luxury at all.

• Christina (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, great staff communication, modern facilities Unfortunately, the apartment was very grimey with dirty windows, walls and carpets etc, and products left by the previous users left in the bathroom.

We tried calling the number provided and had no response. We then drove to the property office to find out they are no longer there. This is a terrible service and I will be reporting this. I demand a full refund of the amount we paid. I have a video of us trying to get the key. I'm shocked and devastated from the whole experience
• Natasha (3/5): Disappointed - I lived in this property in the past so very familiar with it and is why I booked here. Amenities are amazing and great location. I would never book from these people again. I arrived and the entire tap was on the bench. To fix it they expected me to organise it with the plumber. Which I couldn’t do as I was out doing things while on my holiday, they eventually sent the plumber in to fix it for me. I also found black hairs all over the couch. When we went to bed the bed squeaked as soon as we sat on it so loudly, it felt as though it would fall apart, any movement made seriously loud noises. The pillows were totally destroyed inside, lumpy and thin, it was so uncomfortable I borrowed pillows from my friend to sleep on. I hate to think how old and dirty they were. When I addressed this with the property they refused to acknowledge it or do anything. Overall I had an uncomfortable stay and will never stay in this room or the group again. Not luxury at all.

• Alex (3/5): It was a much needed date night with my partner and I thought I was booking a luxurious apartment😢 - The pool was nice The unit was dirty. Bathroom and kitchen was not clean. All the wall had been patched up not painted. Dirty utensils and glasses. Dirty clothes where stuffed into the wardrobe. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the entire apartment. It felt like someone was living there and had to get out for a few hours while we were there. Considering in the bill it states $110 cleaning fees included the cleanliness was very poor

• Peterkin (4/5): Stay was fine however difficult to to check in - the location and ammenities, the bed and shower. The cups had lip stick marks on them, there was clothes from the previous occupants, check in was very stressful and difficult and walls were dirty.
• Malachi (1/5): Horrible, a waste of money and very stressful - Room was disgusting, walls very dirty, blinds in our bedroom didn’t shut we so we had to drag our mattress into the lounge to sleep. The bed frame in our bedroom was broken, The Wifi didn’t work, and there looked like there were cum stains all over the blinds in the lounge and foot prints on the window, not to mention how dirty the shower was. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service was very unhelpful when trying to address some of these issues, so unhelpful they actually told us to buy mobile data since the wifi wasn’t working and we were advised there was wifi. We planned to stay here for 4 nights and left early because of how poor the service and state of the room was

• Sandra (3/5): Poor - The shower was great. The view was great. The furnishings were sleek. WiFi not working. Aircon was not on upon entering. No soap or hand towel in bathroom. Stains on top sheet of bed. Wrong address for lockbox. Was given 153 Alfred Street but there is no 153 Alfred Street. And lockbox was on opposite side of the road which made it an even number. Lock box also hard to open. Turns out there was sticky tape over it which I had to remove. Mat in lounge has one corner curled up which could be dangerous if tripped on. The bed poorly positioned with the gap in the blind facing directly at the Story Bridge making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom sink hard to brush teeth or wash hands without spilling water with cabinet in the way and the tap so far over the sink.

• Nicky (3/5): Trying to get hold of someone from the moment I left every day for 4 days regarding a jumpsuit that was left in the room - Location was great! Was filthy dirty I’m sure walls skirtings power switches cupboards shower don’t get cleaned! I will attach photos in each square it’s not the outside or the foyer but will add all the room pics I can fit!

• Craig (4/5): Disappointing - We liked it was close to the venue we were going too The picture shown in emails to help locate carpark were incorrect,totally different shop front shown to what was there. Lock box photo showed one on the right it was the one on the left. There were 3 different addresses for unit / carpark/ lock box in different emails so it was very confusing. The unit was swelteringly hot, the air con could of been turned on. There was no cold water in the fridge, there was no coffee except for coffee pods. The balcony was so tiny you couldn't call it a balcony.

The apartment needed a good clean, I expected a bit more from a "luxury apartment" door broken in bathroom, coffee machine leaks. Still good but maybe a little more attention to details

• Anonymous (5/5): The apartment is a bit faulty if these improvements are where made would have been 100% better. - Broken bin pedal, bathroom & toilet door broken doesn’t shut. Did not provide bin bags, chux or anything to wipe down benches or laundry detergent to wash clothes. Have to provide this all your self. Markings & label on dishwasher buttons are missing.
• Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning place to stay with amazing views of the city and the Story Bridge, that lights up at night! The check in was super easy and we got given clear instructions. The Staff who we booked through were very friendly and helpful we had a great time! Nothing, everything was great!

Smaller than anticipated, with tiny balcony, also one blind missing in living room, hence no block out from sun. Spa rooms are available but no info provided prior to stay of how to book. A disclaimer needs to be completed and a $45 fee is to be paid to use, all happened after we had checked in and too late for us to sort. Basics would be good to have upon arrival, milk, coffee and tea.

• Stevie (5/5): Not recommended - location, amenities, comfortable bed. Property didn’t have name listed so you can’t tell that it’s PEPPERS. There are 2 or 3 buildings so very confusing. we were lucky enough to have the property manager help us when we were lost and found him in the carpark. Because we tried to call SOVA who rents the property out 5 times with no answer. For the price you expect to be greeted at the apartment lobby to check in. Instead they send a video about a lockbox was located across the road. it was raining so we got soaked getting the key. There are more than one lockbox so had to waste time with the others. There were hand and lip marks on the glass wall/window above the couch. It was very clear how they got there and very disgusting it wasn’t cleaned. It even had lip gloss. There were coffee pods but no coffee machine. The floors weren’t well cleaned and because of this there were accumulations of dust and bugs and under the bed a Pringle. The balcony is absolutely tiny. The size is definitely deceptive in pictures. The cinema and spa have to be booked. But how? waste of time as SOVA won’t answer calls.

Everything was amazing, organizing the spa room was a little difficult, the building management ending up telling us it was up to the owner of the unit, who told us it was up to building management in the end. But overall a good stay :)
• Donna (2/5): All in all the city lights at night are beautiful from every room on the property. - Location was good, in walking distance to everything and has great views. I really don’t like complaining but since you asked, here goes. We really don’t like false advertising, the accomodation is only really suitable for a couple not a family. We could not access the spa or cinema rooms without a lot of back and forth hassle to only find out there was another $45 expense for cleaning if wanting to book these facilities. Incurred a $77 parking fine after being told it was okay to park in visitors park. Apartment wasn’t very clean, mould in shower, bathroom door jams and doesn’t close properly. Was only supplied with 3 towels not 4. Only supplied with one key which was no good when different family members wanted to do different things at different times. Grrr. No complimentary tea coffee or milk. Only one bedroom but advertised two bedrooms, had to use a blow up mattress and make own bed. Difficult to drive in and out of property as traffic is very busy and confusing. Had to cross 4 lanes of busy traffic going both ways to access hotel. All in all it was a pretty average stay, reservation staff on site are rude and wash their hands of anything as they palm off any enquires as they state it is not their responsibility because the property is a B&B. Air Con was loud. Pool was over crowded and small with persons drinking alcohol and making out, really not family friendly. But hey, it is the Valley!
