• Jacqueline (8/5): Trip in July 2025 - Location was great, as it was close to beach, bus stops and New Nessebar restaurants / shops. The apartment had a kettle , single hob , iron and hairdryer that was not advertised or evident in photos, so had taken items that were unnecessary. Would have been helpful to know these were being provided. The water tank is a little small for 4 people so we had to stagger/ cut short showers to ensure everyone had hot water.
• Claire (8/5): Beautiful location and lovely apartment. - The location was great. Spacious rooms. The pool was closed even after asking if it would be open. The shower wasn’t very clean but for 1 night we just didn’t use it.

• Salome (5/5): Unpleasant experience - Location is great, almost at the beach. Apartment is nice, and the host also seemed fine until we came across some issues and he ghosted us... I usually don't write bad reviews, but this was very unpleasant experience. Our toilet was blocked from the beginning, I went to tell the host, they said they will check it but didn't do anything. Since the toilet was unusable, I contacted them again and again throughout our stay, but they never resolved the issue. We had to use the hotel reception toilet, and got scolded by the hotel staff that we shouldn't do that... Also there was no hot water in the shower, only freezing cold water was available. Again, I contacted the host with this issue several times but never got any response... I get that things break and unpleasant things happen, I understand that some repairs take time, but getting absolutely no response in such situation is frustrating. At the beginning when we talked about paying and money they were very responsive, but not so much when issues occured. Their attitude and lack of caring for their clients is very sad. Otherwise the place is very nice, but this really ruined our experience...

• Bojana (10/5): Exceptional - We have two rooms and in both king beds, which was great, there was parking below hotel. The location is a little bit far from the old town if you go by foot
• Jacqueline (8/5): Very nice apartment, just needs someone who speaks English to explain how things work - The apartment was very clean with modern furniture an we were very comfortable during the 4 nights we stayed. We came to visit a friend in Bulgaria. If it wasn't for her, I don't know what we would have done as no-one speaks English. Our friend had to call the number for the hotel to find out how to get the keys. We had to call our friend to find out how to use the AC and how to find something we could understand on the TV. The hot water run out and we didn't know how to warm it back but we worked it out in the end, it only stays hot for 2 very quick showers then goes cold. There are some utensils but no pot to cook. There was a kettle but mugs to drink from so we bought 2 mugs from the shop. Once we sorted all that everything went smoothly.
