• Silvia Colledan (8/5): - Ottima posizione vicinissima alla metropolitana e centro comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Zona vivibile e servita. Parcheggio quasi adiacente. Appartamento pulito e spazioso, cucina e WiFi ok Si potrebbe abbellire con qualche accessorio in più e lasciare una brochure con informazioni turistiche e di emergenza.

• Nariman (10/5): - This place is close to everything in Vienna and totally different from other apartments. Free parking was a huge help for me and my family. If I come back to Vienna, this is where I’d stay!
• Marine (6/5): - La localisation juste à côté du métro Le wifi marche vraiment mal. L’accès au parking est très compliqué j’ai essayé d’appeler le propriétaire sans avoir d’aide. Les couettes sont malheureusement trop petites

Не вистачає кондиціонерів або витяжки для провітрювання. Тверді матраци, хоча можливо комусь і до вподоби 😁
• Daniel (8/5): - Prater byl nedaleko, jen pár minut chůze. Pohodlná postel. Bezplatné parkování v garáži. Standard čistoty nebyl úplně vysoký, na podlaze byla spousta prachu - úklid poměrně zanedbaný.
• Lazar (3/5): No hot water - Everything was ok, but bathroom. We did not have hot water at all We tried to reach owner but they did not help. We were there for a night, after a long drive needed hot shower and to have a good sleep. There wes no hot water at all when we arrived. We tried in the morning (thinking in will take time to heat the water), but in the morning it was still just cold water.
• Georgiana (8/5): - Is right in the Center, the Apartment is very big. We have a reservation for 3 person but we found pillows and blankets only for 2. There was other pillows and blankets but without sheets.
• Mateja (10/5): - Location is very good - you can reach all main attraction in just 2 subway stations. Very spacious and nicely cleanes apartment. In Prater strasse there are ro lot small restaurants as well, which ia great!
• David (8/5): A great spot to base yourself, with underground station not far away - On a good street, we arrived at night and had a little trouble finding the right location. Just look for No.58. Apartment comfortable and warm inside . Lots of food options close by The showers were pretty cold, hot water ran out quickly

• Danijela (9/5): - Objekat je na fantasticnoj lokaciji. Opremljen je cak i za duzi boravak. Lezajevi su izizetno udobni. Parking se nalazi u susednoj zgradi i uvek ima mesta. Obzirom da smo boravili sa decom, smestaj je jako prostran i topao. Odmah pored smestaja su prodavnice, DM... The facility is in a fantastic location. It is equipped even for a long stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. The parking lot is located in the adjacent building and there is always space. Considering that we stayed with children, the accommodation is very spacious and warm. Right next to the accommodation there are shops, DM... Za osobe koje vole domacu kafu, trebalo bi opremiti apartman sa eleltricnom ili obicnom dzezvom. For people who like homemade coffee, the apartment should be equipped with an electric or regular coffee maker.
• Joanna (8/5): Świetne miejsce na krótki wypad do Wiednia - Bardzo wygodny apartament, blisko metra, sklepów i restauracji, super miejsce na krotki pobyt w Wiedniu. Za mały aneks kuchenny na dłuższy pobyt.
• Štěpánka (10/5): - Pěkné čisté ubytování v perfektní lokalitě- dochozí vzdálenost do centra i do Prateru. Perfektní komunikace s ubytovatelem. Parkování bez problémů hned v sousedním domě. Spar asi 10m, vstup do metra cca 100m od ubytování. Děkujeme!

• Paweł (9/5): Super apartament z darmowym garażem. Gorąco polecam. - Apartament był duży i dobrze wyposażony. Idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Dużą zaletą jest lokalizacja; blisko do wesołego miasteczka na Prater, a jednocześnie blisko stacji metra, którym można szybko i łatwo dojechać do innych atrakcji Wiednia. Bardzo ważną zaletą jest możliwość skorzystania z garażu podziemnego dla samochodu. Wprawdzie musiałem go samodzielnie opłacić, ale po przedłożeniu rachunku otrzymałem zwrot kosztów. Apartament, mimo zlokalizowania przy ruchliwej ulicy Praterstrasse, ma okna wychodzące na wewnętrzny, cichy dziedziniec. W lecie jest trochę gorąco, Przydałaby się klimatyzacja. Chociaż po przewietrzeniu mieszkania wieczorem, można było w nocy komfortowo spać.

• Miguel Angel (9/5): Plan de niños , buen sitio , bien equipado de utensilios , las camas están bien sobre todo la del dormitorio . - Plan con niños. La ubicación es bueno porque está al lado del prater y algo lejana para andar todos los días al centro pero se puede hacer sin problema . Aparte que tiene metro en la puerta Bueno , está todo bien , quizás un poco de mal olor en la ducha pero vamos nada problemático , y la cama que está en el salón está un pelín vencida. La del dormitorio está fantástica

• Robbie (10/5): Great stay! - It was great. The apartment was clean, comfy and super central to the city. Right outside the entrance there is a supermarket to biy food, and accross the road some great asian food restaurants which wr enjoyed!
• Bojan (8/5): Very good - Parking is not included in the accommodation, there is a public garage next door. When you pay for parking, you send the receipt to the agency where you were accommodated and they refund you. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME YET, AND IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH. Whenever a tram passes, everything vibrates in the apartment, the sound insulation is poor, you can hear the tenants next door....
• Vladimir (7/5): Convinient stay to explore Vienna, but a bit overpriced. - Good location, especially if the traveling without car is considered. Public transportation availability is just around the cover. The city center is reachable over one U-Bahn station. The sleeping room is not isolated. If somebody sleep in the living room, it is necessary to commute through the sleeping room into the bathroom.
• Fj (3/5): Read my review before booking this property - The heating system in the room worked well which is a plus given the cold weather. Extremely unfriendly check-in system -- it was not only overly onerous and complicated (I strongly advise anyone who does not have the patience or technical skill not to take this property), it was misleading in some ways. Even small things did not work well. For example, we struggled everyday during our 6 day stay with the lock! The property is located on the ground floor. Every morning, we woke up by a car or a truck next to the window of our bedroom. Imagine the noise.

• Tetiana (6/5): Fair - Location and safe surroundings are a plus. They accomeated early check-in for a fee, which was helpful, easy self check in. Everything was fairly clean but the couch and the carpet are stained and need to be cleaned. “Parking is free” is what they state but never reached out to me back for the parking ticket to repay the parking fee unfortunately. I messaged a couple of times and no response. So this is not something that you should be doing- stating something and not repaying the parking fee. It was 27 euros for 3 nights, which is not bad but the description of this property is misleading. The kitchen was equipped, there is a grocery shop 1 minute away if you need something. Couch and carpet need cleaning. Parking is not reimbursed

• Kanishk (1/5): No free parking.. Extra deposit - Ok property. There is no free parking, they ask you to pay for a parking and never refund it. They will ask for a deposit of 300 Euro and its not mentioned anywhere. Its on there personal site. Avoid it
• Haytham (6/5): Good location but ... - Locations was perfect, metro stations was very close, easy access. The furniture was noticeably unclean, and the carpet and couch had visible stains. The room was very warm, and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep, despite the fans. I had to pay for the parking and refund can be done only through Iban or paypall which i dont have. I couldn’t get the invoice as the parking printing machine was not working so i couldn't get the receipt nor international transfer is easy to be done in my case. But 9 euros for almost 1 days wasnt bad

• John (7/5): Good - Great location, feel safe, grocery, cafe and church next door. The room has no ac. There is only one fan. And I was thinking of buying a fan, but I found out there are not enough sockets. And the free parking, I followed the instruction to give them my receipt, and I waited for a month, no news either from my message box or my PayPal account.
• Conformista (1/5): Parking fee not reimbursed - Staying was ok, and I would have given a grade of 8-9 if it wasn't for the service. Parking apparently is not free. You pay for it yourself, and in theory, the host will reimburse that. Unfortunately, only in theory, as I have asked for the reimbursement several times without success.

• Boryana (10/5): Great place. I would definitely come back. - The location is perfect. Also, the property is really cozy, stylish and beautiful. Nothing.
• Charlene (5/5): Pleasant but could be so much better - The property is well equipped and spacious. Check in was simple. Mostly quiet apart from neighbours having a full conversation in the courtyard at 11pm. The stovetop didn’t work properly and we found dirty dishes in the cupboard. We couldn’t sleep in the bedroom - neighbours’ giggling and snoring kept us awake. This property has the potential to be exceptional, but attending to the finer detail is required.

It is located in an excellent location, near the metro station and 2 stops from the city center. Around the apartment there is a Spar, DM, bakery and other smaller shops. It is recommended for everyone. Everything was great
