• Atoya (10/5): - The experience, location, assistance from staff, easy access to some things. The place was nice. Sometimes the AC would have come off and the bedroom would hv been very hot. Wish it had a TV in the rooms because at times another guest is using the other one outside.

Un poco molesto el ascensor con el tema del 6 piso, a veces ese único ascensor no funcionaba correctamente. Le falta un poco de vida a la habitación de dos camas, al menos un velador, un tacho de basura y algo de vida.

• Ayumi (8/5): 部屋はきれいでした - 早めに到着したのですが、セルフチェックインで早めにお部屋に入らせてもらうことができました。 徒歩圏内に大型のスーパーマーケットがあって便利でした。 記載されている番号では連絡がつかず、Booking.comサイトへの連絡にも返信がなかったため、同じ部屋の居住者にオーナーに連絡を取ってもらい連絡がつきました。 予約したのはダブルルームでしたが、そちらは誰かが使っていて鍵がなく、空いていたツインルームに泊まることになりました。 夜中寝ていたときに宿泊客でない人が数人入ってきて、大声で話し始めて目が覚めました。すぐに出ていってくれましたが、不快でした。

• Eleanora (1/5): see above - clean bedroom, fine location I recently booked a stay in Miami from Jan 27th to Feb 3rd and I would like to file a complaint for the stay I had. First, the unit is advertised as “entire unit on the ground floor” but the apartment was on the 6th floor. To add to this, only one elevator went to that floor and that elevator often did not work. I was in Miami for work and have a knee injury so I booked this stay because of the ground floor to save myself the pain of walking up stairs everyday. Second, after arriving I got the keys out of the lockbox and went to the unit. the keys did not work on the bedroom door and I was locked out of the bedroom for multiple hours until the hosts responded. They told me the keys must’ve been switched or I was “not opening the door right” and did nothing further. I had to find the other person renting the other bedroom to ask them if their keys worked on my door. Thankfully they did and I switched keys with them but it was very frustrating. To add to this, I was also awaken in the middle of the night twice by different guests trying their keys on my door as the instructions aren’t clear enough. Third, I feel deceived about there being a full time tenant in the apartment. Nothing on the advertisement states that there is a man who lives in the apartment. There was also multiple people that entered and exited the apartment to use the kitchen or laundry that were not staying there. I don’t mind being in a shared space with other people traveling/ renting a room but there is a difference between other people who are in the same position of being visitors and someone who is in the building 24/7 and has their belongings fully stocked around the apartment, using the bathroom and kitchen constantly. I was not aware of this and would not have booked the room if i knew this was the case.

• constanza (7/5): Normal pero no volvería - Pedí una habitación doble y me equivoqué, escribí para cambiarla y no me concedieron el deseo. Era una casa compartida con más habitaciones y no tenía baño privado, se escuchaban ruidos de las otras piezas a altas horas de la noche, entonces uno llegaba y quería descansar y no se podía. El baño era ocupado por más gente así que tampoco me gustó porque no salía que era baño compartido en la publicación.

• Markus (10/5): Perfect stay - The apartment is well-located in Coral Gables, a very nice and safe neighborhood. The shared areas, a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom and bathroom are nice and clean. The room is big enough and comfortable for a couple pf days. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Communication with host was good. I didn't know it was a shared space when I booked. The host did message me to tell me but I didn't see the message until it was too late.

• Raphael (10/5): Really great experience, super nice host, great location, amazing service. - I was really impressed with this apartment, enough so to write a review! I don’t write many reviews, but wow. This place was amazing! It was super clean, a large apartment with many necessities. The host was super nice, and had very great service. This apartment was also in a pretty convenient area, with lots of places nearby to eat, and to shop. From what I’ve seen the area was very safe too. I would highly reccomend anyone come here! I was very satisfied. 😁 The only problem was that it is a shared apartment, if someone has it rented at the same time, however, for this price; it’s still incredible!
