• Silvia (1/5): Very dirty apartments, dirty bedding full of stains, sand and hairs. - Nothing We were extremely disappointed with the condition of this apartment. Upon arrival, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There were stains, hair, and sand in the bedding, and the floors and kitchen were visibly dirty. Overall, the entire apartment felt unclean and poorly maintained. We immediately contacted the host, but no effective action was taken. Although they asked us to send photos (which we did), no one came to clean the apartment or replace the bedding. We reached out multiple times, simply asking for the apartment to be cleaned so we could at least sleep in a fresh, hygienic bed, but this never happened. There were also several maintenance issues. The water filter was not working, and the tap water contained white particles. The air conditioning units are very old and extremely noisy. One of the units even broke and fell when we turned it on, which was both alarming and unsafe. After repeatedly asking for compensation due to these issues, the host offered us a voucher for a future stay instead of addressing the immediate problems. Considering the circumstances, this felt inappropriate. While the apartment may look appealing in the photos, the reality is very different. It may have been a nice property years ago, but it is now outdated and in need of significant maintenance. However, the most serious issue was the lack of cleanliness. Arriving in a foreign country and having to sleep in bedding that was clearly not washed is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here!
• Cristiane (1/5): Anúncio enganoso! - O Anuncio é enganoso. Vende dois apartamentos, com as fotos misturadas. Aluguei o que estava disponivel. Pouco antes da estadia recebi uma mensagem explicando que o acesso seria por uma escada, sendo sugerido levar mala pequena, e o banheiro não era apropriado pra pessoa acima de 1,80mtrs por ser rebaixado. Na verdade a escada de acesso é impossível para qualquer pessoa com uma minima dificuldade. E o restante do apartamento um horror. Seguem as fotos. Acho que o lugar deveria ser denunciado, porque não me parece uma reforma com autorização de uso engenheiro/bombeiro. O local passa insegurança estrutural.
