• Kouske (1/5): 宿泊してません - そもそもホテルの名前が異なっていた。ホテルを見つけることができなかったため別のホテルを手配しました。Booking.comの情報はホテルの名称、チェクイン方法がアプリを利用して案内されるなど、案内されず残念です。
• Jason 66 (8/5): Not far from all the action and has everything you need. - Clean and everything you need for a few nights, convenience stores close and street food in the alley! Very noisy at night with dance music blasting till the early morning but could be fun!
• Guest (8/5): Value for money and convenient location - The accommodation was conveniently located and easy to find by following the directions and video provided by Bin. The place felt safe with a digital lock and security camera at the gate. While located near the road, it was quiet enough at night. Toiletries and towels are also provided and neatly kept in a basket. There is also a small fridge in the room. Bin was also responsive to my queries and took care of the concerns raised promptly. There was a foul smell from the toilet. The smell was strong at times but not always present. I couldn't really figure out what was the cause but suspected either the drainage from the basin or the ventilation fan bringing in smell from the streets when turned on.
• nester78 (5/5): - There’s plenty of street food in the area, plus services like laundry, small shops, and all that stuff. The apartment I stayed in was fairly small and very dark. Even with all the lights on, the room still felt dim. There was a noticeable smell of damp and mold, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. It was also noisy at night, and the surrounding area had quite a bit of music coming through. Overall, the place wasn’t cozy at all. In fact, it felt more like the complete opposite of cozy.

Located in a small alley where locals prepare delicious streetfood so ideal to start the day after a breakfast outside the door. Fluent and friendly contact with Bin via WhatsApp. Such a pity that they allowed the reopening of a night club around the corner because the sound pollution at night is bad. You absolutely need airplugs to be able to sleep.

• Thomas (10/5): Don't miss this property if there is a vacant and you won't be disappointed. - Everything was perfect as described and both Bin Minh was very helpful and friendly and I highly recommend this property in Ho Chi Minh. Special thanks to Bin, Minh and the cleaning lady. Also don't forget to have delicious steak and eggs breakfast ar the first floor for just 50, 0000. There is nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect.

• Egor (4/5): - The room was clean and cozy. The instructions from the landlord were really helpful. Early in the morning I woke up because there was a guy standing in my room. It was several hours before my check out and that was the next guest who had some questions why I was sleeping in his room. The guy wasn't really nice but I have zero pretension to him because it was a fault if the landlord gave him instructions and keys not one hour before check in as he said he would send to me but at least 6 hours before. The funny thing is that the landlord didn't send me instructions on time and I needed to push him twice while I was in the airport. I am a large guy but I felt really uncomfortable and not safe to stay in the room after a morning guest. Luckily the guy didn't steal anything but who knows what would happen if I would be a nice solo travelling girl.

• Filip (10/5): - Amazing location! You can get quickly to any attraction. Also the host really knows how to take care of the guests. He also sent a great guide to the city with some excellent food recommendations! It can get a bit loud some nights as he mentions but it was not an issue for me.

• Riley (10/5): - During the day, it was easy to walk to markets, boutiques, and Nguyen Hue. The host was super helpful, sharing directions and even arranging a Grab when we arrived. I especially enjoyed cooking simple meals with ingredients from the local market and doing laundry right at home.
• Matthew (10/5): - This is a really cool place to stay, tucked away in an authentic back alley right in the centre of the city surrounded by street food stalls. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed and more. There's even a little kitchen and projector to watch movies. Bin was a really helpful host who booked me into a good Mekong Tour and gave clear instructions. It's a little more pricey than I'd normally go for but it was definitely worth it. Large clean bathroom too and quiet at night. Nothing, all good!

There was some noise from neighbouring club/bar, but to honest, we were in a big city , and it was nothing our earplugs couldn’t solve. Such a fantastic place, we would return .

There were plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which made it super convenient. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with fresh towels, toiletries, and a small kitchen area that included a microwave and kettle. The host was super helpful and made the stay even better. A great experience overall! It’s on the 4th Floor with no lift, however the hosts helped me carry my luggage up and were happy to help.

There are also several stalls outside that you can buy your food, and a com tam right below that I usually purchase food from. Free laundry powder too! The host also helped me talk to the locals when I lost my earbuds, which is truly appreciated. I also get to check in early and check out late. Defo a great deal! The balcony is sealed, but I think this is because to help sound proof the room as it sometimes get noisy at night due to bars nearby

Far exceeds any of the hotel rooms I’ve stayed in and also like priced apartments on a number of previous visits to Ho Chi Minh City. Owner easy to deal with. A little tricky to find but once that’s achieved, the place is a gem.

It was loud from the club nearby - it went on until 2:30am, it was told by our host but we didn’t realise how loud it was going to be!! You definitely need earplugs! Only nitpicking but a TV in the room would’ve been a nice added bonus!

We had just arrived in Vietnam, and Bin made us feel extremely welcomed, and gave us lots of helpful tips for things to do, arranged a tour for us and gave us food recommendations, and even brought us amazing salt coffees! Bin really went above and beyond and was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment itself was fabulous, clean, and well equipped. It was in a perfect location to explore the city. The apartment was large and comfortable enough, but we had expectations of a light and airy apartment with a city view. The reality was different, our window looked out onto a wall barely 2ft away. The bathroom although clean really needed to be updated, the sink just leaked all over the floor when you let the water out and the door was delaminating as there was no shower curtain. I'm sure the other apartments are better and in keeping with the pictures. The bathroom needs to be updated

I actually feel sorry for the host, but he SHOULD NOT be renting this property out until the sound issue is resolved with nightclub. I’ve never in my life heard such loud music in a hotel I’ve stayed at. There seemed to be some sort of nightclub next door playing unimaginably loud music until about 3am. This was EVERY NIGHT. It was so loud that the DJ might as well have been in our bedroom. We asked for 50% refund which was refused. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.

• Moustafa😎 (9/5): Superb - The room is spacious and equipped with almost everything you would need (iron, kettle, microwave, electricity extension, hair dryer, toiletries, water heater for shower, refrigerator) and the real plants inside the room adding a "feel at home" to the stay. The room has a mini kitchen with some utensils if planning to cook, as well as a full automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. The apartment is located in a small aisle at a centralised area where you can reach all famous touristic spots easily and just by foot. There is a 24/7 supermarket very close to the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with very fast communication, and the locals at the restaurant down the building are very friendly and always smile to you whenever passing through. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ho Chi Minh 👌🏼 The room's soundproofing is a bit weak as I could hear the loud sound of music coming from a nearby nightclub until 2 am. every night. The hosts informed the they've filled a complaint to local authorities against the night club.

I especially loved the balcony in my room, where I could sit and enjoy the city view with a cup of tea. The location is fantastic, with Nguyen Hue Walking Street just around the corner. For the price, it’s hard to find a better option in the area
